scam claimed that may card expired with my balance in it

This company stole £325 from me. I added the redemption codes to the wallet and "saved for later". It then no longer allowed me to log in to get the card. Eventually, after several months of email "support" failing to resolve things, I can log in. However, this is because the card has "expired" and they are using it to pay their own bonuses.

I purchased a prepaid Visa card from prepaiddigitalsolutions with a 5 CAD balance and added it to my Google and Paypal accounts. The addition was successful, but the Google transaction was declined with the message "Declined by Real-Time Decisioning (RTD) processing." A bad experience for me. never gonna buy it next time, waste of time and money.

They are thieves saying they can't change my phone nr for otp and can't send otp to my email literally stealing my gift card also declining purchase I made where otp not needed.

This company stole my gift cards by having them expire after less than a year. I spent a ton of time and effort saving corporate points only to have them literally disappear overnight. I have stated the Credit Card law and all responses are canned. Investigating a class action lawsuit for stolen funds.

Usage of this card is very limited. Multiple stores won't accept the payment using the card.
Contact center is the whole next level - you get responses which do not solve the problem: They are: "happy to help" but only figuratively. Eventually propose direct call to US.
I reported problem after a bunch of useles email responses they require me to call them! I'd expect, if there is a problem with your product, reputable company, would try to sort it out beeing active part (calling not called one)
That's a pity Trustpilot won't let me assign "negative" stars.
If I only knew these reviews before I purchased prepaid card - it was supposed to be elastic mean to use bonus money I got from my company - in reality it's quite the opposite.
Word of warning for all who consider using this products - RUN AWAY!!!!

This review site won’t let you give 0 stars. Do not have anything to do with this organized theft operation. I was issued a rebate card that expired less than 3 months after I received it. When you call to inquire about it they just say the card is expired and visit their website. You can’t log onto a website without a valid card. I’m sure they keep the money. Just corporate theft.

Horrible. I had two virtual cards through my company benefit system and it is through this supplier. They force for document verification due to "antimoneylaundering" and there is no way to bypass unless you upload a photo of your ID, overkill for a benefit already received official through my company but okay, fine, then the verification fails every time. The only way to contact support is through an online chat, and if you don't write something every 60 seconds the chat is closed automatically, they never send support follow-ups by emails, so there is no history of chat or of the situation. Then after few weeks during which i sent several times my ID document and failed every time, they send me an email that "no response has been received" and access to the payment is not permitted. Their emails are signed "customer support" with no contact details or company name and they ask for sensitive personal data like ID, looks very like phishing emails.

I wouldn't give this company even a star if it was possible. I don't believe what are they doing out in the market. I transferred 6.55 Pound and now it is stuck there according to their opinion. I cannot transfer the money, and can't use it to buy it because no one accepts it. When contacted, they say, they have more than 500 merchants who would accept their wallet but do not want to provide even one merchant. I don't want to be mean, but it is the worst invention the world has ever created.

Absolutely rubbish service.
I received $100 gift card and now looks like they closed my account and I cannot login there.
When writing to the support they just copy-paste responses like clean your cookies 😁

Cards don't work unless you contact chat and have them remove blocks for simple transactions. Transactions don't go through until the block is removed. I've had multiple cards through Prepaid Digital Solutions and EVERY time, I use the virtual card to buy an Amazon gift card so I can get the entire value off the card. Each transaction is blocked. You have to contact 'Chat' and have them remove the block before you can try again in a few days.

The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

Apparently, I need to show my passport. Because there's people funding "terrorism" with this. What the hell, this company already seems fraudulent and spammy and now they want my passport. Lost £30 due to this, I'm not risking them taking my identity.

Absolute rubbish! I was given a virtual card with a token - they restrict what you can buy with it (including no video games, and not as part of e.g. paypal) but do not state that anywhere in the terms and conditions.
You also cannot add money to the virtual card, so unless you spend exactly the correct amount of money, you have money left over that you cannot spend anywhere.
A complete rip-off, and essentially theft!

These things are so frustrating. Hardly any websites accept them, and nobody allows split payments so you always end up with stupid small amounts of money leftover. I don't have time to spend my life managing the tiny balances left on these stupid cards. And they expire after only a year! In Australia the ACCC requires gift cards to have minimum expiry periods of 3 years, but I guess they get around this because they're not technically "gift cards"? I had almost $3000 worth and I tried to buy Apple gift cards with them because Apple wouldn't allow split payments online (ie, between one of these cards and a credit card). One transaction went through, but the rest were blocked and then the money disappeared from the cards for over a month. I've managed to use all my remaining balances as Amazon gift cards, but ideally you should have way more flexibility to use these, otherwise what's the point of a mastercard gift card? They offer the illusion of flexibility, when in reality there's no flexibility at all. Avoid at all costs.

(Negative Stars) First off I received this prepaid Mastercard from (cashcard), also another ripoff, don't sell your gc to them (they pay the lowest value for your gc and resells them for full value), also you'll get this crappy prepaid Mastercard, which has been declined practically on most transactions I have tried to make. Seeing the reviews, they are spot on truth, this site and their ______ cards need to be shut down for good, the real Mastercards company should be ashamed to be associated with these crooks. This card is nothing but a headache to attempt to use, goodluck finding a merchant to accept it.
