Didn't receive goods after being lied to many times.

Placed an order on good Friday I buy a lot of Milwaukee tools and had problems with delivery in the past with other companies. because of this I called POWERTOOLSUK on 01355 234328 to check that the information on the website was correct they were closed I contacted them again on the Tuesday after the bank holiday and was re asured that it was on their shelf but the delivery would be 4 working days as their site stated. This was fine. I was told it would be delivered on the Friday.

On the Friday I had received nothing stating when it would be delivered so I called again. I was told it was in transit to them and it would be with them Monday or Tuesday to be delivered Tuesday or today (Wednesday) I received a call today saying it had not gone I told them I was fed up with being lied to.

I ended up speaking to the managing director who was rude and would not accept the fact his company had lied to me.

he then proceeded to lie to me telling me that the website was correct when they closed on the Thursday but they had then sold the items. when I told him I had been told that they had it on the shelf on the Tuesday he said that he didn't know why anyone would tell me that as one of the items was not a stock item.

he told me he would refund and not send me the goods.

I am glad I was not desperate for the goods as I would have struggled with no accurate delivery date.

I now have no faith in POWERTOOLSUK and will AVOID THIS COMPANY in the future.

Buy with confidence, first class in every way and very fast p&p highly recommend.

Good at the start but Sole worn down after 7 months of use and now not water proof which are making my feet wet. Expected them to last a lot longer for the price .

Good pre-sales service and a quick delivery, but the aftersales has been poor so far - my machine was received with a faulty part and it has not been addressed or replaced.

No issues with this company. Got my delivery next working day, so far so good.

Milwaukee super sawzall kit and additional blade pack ordered during second wave of pandemic. Good comms, great price (over £250 cheaper than Amazon), great products, delivered quickly to the Highlands of Scotland at no extra charge AND the additional 10 pack of blades was upgraded to a 12 pack at no extra charge. I will definitely be both using and recommending POWERTOOLSUK.CO.UK over and over! Very many thanks.

Customer service and professionalism for me was really poor.

Took my money via there website then told me than told me via email they couldn't deliver my order to my shipping address which is where I live. Pointless 10min phone call on a bank holiday monday. As of now I'm left £400 out of pocket which has made me stressed and alarmed.

On top of that the gentleman on the phone i dont know why how he has a job. He was rude, and aggressive. And then put the phone down on me.

This company mite be a little cheaper than others. It'll be the last time i use them rather pay a little extra and get a good service elsewhere

I thought I researched these guys and they checked out - but it seems not. Avoid like the plague - totally ripped off with a tent too small for even my dog. No customer services for a return/refund. Too small a cost to be covered by credit card protection. Left angry and feeling stupid -dont believe offers too good to be true :(

First of all, I have not brought any from Power Tools UK and I have seen some bad reviews here recently, yes it is nothing to do with this company.
I have brought something worth £30 from a so-called company in subject box which have very similar name believed to be based overseas possibly China where my package was originally sent from.
What I got from them recently is a wrong item with no value worth about £3 and when I tried to contact them few times and all my emails have been bounced back.
I have looked up for this company online and found it offline saying "website is under maintenance" then 3 days later it has disappeared.
If you have brought any from this fictionous company then your only hope is to get a refund from your credit card issuer, this is what I am going to do.
Be aware that this company is using shopify.com e-commerence platforms to adverstise and sell their goods on social media, my case is Facebook adverts.

I recently made a comment regarding an item(tent) I received from Power tools it seems this firm has no knowledge of the sale, due to been hacked by a dodgy unknown firm who has yet to be traced. My apologies to Power tools for any damage my remarks may have had

First time purchase from Power Tools UK of a Bosch Gsb18v-60c 24p Combi Drill with 2-18v-4ah Procore Batteries. Normal supplier was out of stock and could not supply and web showed Power Tools as having the kit in stock and at an attractive price and delivery. Transaction and delivery were good but product as supplied had been made up from random parts as the official Bosch seal on box had been torn off. Batteries were from different dates and countries of origin and missing from box was charger manual and Certificate of Conformity. Querying with customer services it was agreed that the box contents had been put together to make a kit, and that the missing paperwork content was an error. Invoice showed that the product had been checked by 3 staff, R, C and DM and still paperwork content missing - names withheld by me. I accept that the contents are probably new but perhaps they are returns and possibly faulty. Either way, I expected a sealed by Bosch box. Not sure if I would go as far as to not recommend this company but I would suggest that any purchaser verify that the product is as supplied by Bosch and in a sealed box. For me, I will stick with my normal supplier. As an aside, I have emailed Bosch with details of the purchase and invited them to comment.

Had a fantastic experience with Power Tools UK. I had ordered an item that I had put in my online basket for a couple of days, any way I ordered a Milwaukie Calk gun after working hours. And before 10 am the next morning I had a physical phone call from a David explaining it was out of stock and was on back order for a couple of days.

I know these things happen as it is common in Automotive sector so not too bothered, Any way David called me every day to update and I felt looked after the whole process.

I purchased four Milwaukee work lights £1523.64 because this was the only company that said it supplied the LIGHT with a storage bag !!!
They arrived with a small storage bag for the batteries,
when l called to enquire about the storage bag l was met with NO that's wrong we've been meaning to change that !
So you already know that your web site is wrong but
basically its tuff ,send them back if you don't want them !!!
Big mistake, I wouldn't buy another thing from this company ever !

This was my first dealing with Power Tools UK. I chose to buy through them because of the unmatchable price of the DeWalt item I was looking for. After I placed my order, it was suggested the delivery time would be two to five days. I received it in less than 24 hours!! I couldn't believe it. Needless to say with such competitive pricing and superb delivery, I shall be making Power Tools my first port of call in future!
