Dealt with Gary on the phone, very knowledgeable and sent photos of item and how goods would look in different Box types. Friendly and professional, next day delivery. I don’t buy many powertools, but well worth considering. Item is new, so no view of aftersales or if anything goes wrong. For now, 5 stars!

Recieved well wrapped and packaged. Great service and communication. Just a pity I was let down by Royal Mail. The tracking stated drill was to be delivered on Monday 18th May, then got sms from RM to say it would be delivered next day but it didnt arrive until Thursday two days after my grandsons birthday. No fault of Power Tools who I can not fault.

Seller had good communication, read the follow up email about timing as this is important.
Very competitive prices for new tools. I would buy again.
The delivery times are stated in the follow up email and email and text updates are sent after the dispatch.

Few days of not hearing anything following order but very prompt reply to my email querying status of order and order received two days later. Blamed on c-19 and impacts on restocking which sounds perfectly plausible. Great price, great customer service. Thanks Lumsden and team.
