This is to do with the Rewards scheme - I switched to Power NI this week after being with Click for 2 years and having a very good rewards voucher system : this is the transcript of my chat with the helpline: To keep a high-security standard, we need to perform an anti-fraud check on your order #560799884 placed on 29 April and it may take longer than usual to process. Impressive service

We live in a rural area and reported an intermittent fault at 9pm. The two-person crew arrived at 10.30. Very friendly, went out of their way to resolve the problem and clearly explained the issue. Very impressed - credit where credit is due.

Can't unsubscribe…

I have unsubscribed twice and yet I'm being bombarded with their emails, anyone else that this is happening to,please contact. As it seems the regulator needs to be informed as this definitely isn't just happening to me.

Simple Process to switch online in only a few minutes

Online web page very easy to follow and took only a few minutes to complete. Much quicker than trying to get through to any company on the phone these days.

Lovely, helpful staff
