Was asked to write a review on my recent order. Hard to do when I still haven't received it almost 2 weeks after I paid for express delivery. The one star was for getting the express postage refunded. Never knew Debenhams used third party sellers.

I ordered an item with express delivery…

I ordered an item with express delivery as needed urgently. Still waiting a week later. Have contacted Debenhams with every option available. I managed to get the delivery refunded but still no wiser as to where order is. Never got any replies until this morning. I contacted through WhatsApp for the third time and surprisingly got a reply straightaway from Kai who gave me all the details of dispatch in less than 1 minute. 5 stars to Kai . How come no one else could reply as quick. I never knew Debenhams used third party sellers. Last time I will be using them. Just another eBay . That one point is for Kai .

What an absolutely amazing experience

What an absolutely amazing experience . From the minute we walked in we were blown away by the service. Went for a 50th birthday surprise . We got a glass of mimosa each and everything was explained to us before we had to decide what to choose which was the difficult part. Beautiful selection and we weren't rushed into picking what we wanted. Very pleased with what we chose and will definitely be back for the next 50th birthday coming up for another one .

If I could get 0 stars I would

If I could get 0 stars I would. My daughter ordered a new kitchen table. Firstly it went past it's due date , then the legs were delivered to wrong house. ,( they kindly brought it to my daughter ). Box was so badly damaged that the bag of screws must've fell out. Then table top was delivered to wrong house also. Now it's disappeared and they won't answer the phone or emails .. they kept saying it will be delivered next day then doesn't arrive. Then they say ring next day to check.4 legs isn't much use without the top.

Love mine. Ordered a black and white pic of my grand daughter . Looks amazing. Takes a while to arrive but worth the wait. And so therapeutic doing them.

Had no problem until a couple of months…

Had no problem until a couple of months ago. Placed an order and only found out it was cancelled when I asked why it was taking so long. Balance was never updated and can't get a reply. Was for my grandson for Christmas and now will be too late to re order if it ever gets updated
