This is my first review on Trustpilot, but I felt I had to write one in defence of Popsulike given the unfortunate reviews they have received recently. I have to say I was a little wary of placing my order after reading these, but my experience couldn't have been more different. Upon placing my order last week I received an immediate email confirmation and within 24 hours received a further email with a Royal Mail tracking ID. My Pop arrived within 2 days, well packaged and in perfect condition... and at a much better price than buying the same item through an auction site, too. Overall I'm really happy and it's a shame that others haven't had the same experience, as I would whole heartedly recommend them based on my dealings with the company.

No service at all, dont respond to emails for order updates, just lazy,don't care about customers but will take your money

I purchased a €102 worth of pops on the 28th of August, its September 6th nearly 9 days later and I haven't received a single Email from them saying my order has been shipped.

Now from what I've seen popsulike has received only 5star reviews in the past and lately its been getting 1 star reviews. So as I am slightly annoyed, we can only blame covid 19 that they can't be shipped sooner, I don't mind waiting a month, I'm sure they're a good company but I say just under pressure by Covid and restrictions to get their orders out.

But maybe some constructive critism, popsulike should sent out an email pointing out that your delivery may be delayed so that us customers arent sitting around on our heads waiting for the grass to grow expecting when to receive our orders

Received a faulty item nearly two weeks ago. Have sent countless emails requesting help but have had absolutely no response to any of them. Contact details other than an email address are non-existent. Literally can't get a response for love nor money, and have no option but to wait. Will not be using again!

Useless customer service.. Once they have your money, they don't care.. had an item preordered in June for delivery ASAP. I was still waiting 3weeks after every other site had stock and people were recieving theirs.

5 promotional emails a week, but they struggle to reply to me with an order update.

DO NOT USE.

Pre ordered an item in February to which is now on general sale from several companies. I have emailed, messaged via Messenger, Facebook and Instagram around 10 times and still no reply from anybody who represents this company. Further email now sent asking for a refund of my £22.98 due to their clear lack of any customer service. Will clearly avoid purchasing from Popsulike in the future.

I received defected item and wanted to send it back to receive a normal one. They never answered me and then I had to escalate the whole thing to PayPal but they are still being sneaky and won’t take responsibility for this. I really do not recommend this company. Really bad costumer service and they will make you feel bad.

Very poor customer service. Purchased two particular items which were never received. Of course, company supplied tracking number but it was useless as it didn't work, and they did not respond to emails. Had to open a claim via PayPal. Have written off the money now because it's not worth the hassle, but please be weary of the company. Extremely bad customer service.

I recently ordered a couple of pops that I've been trying to get for a long time. The first pop arrived very quick delivery considering the Covid-19 situation in the UK and the packaging was excellent. I always worry about packaging when it comes to pops but I can't fault this company. Also lots of updates so I knew what was happening. Really impressed and will recommend you to everyone.

I was after a pop figure for a while for a decent price (not the inflated, scalper prices on eBay) and I found this store advertising it on Google. Never heard of them before but thought I will give them a try. They packed and shipped it the same day I ordered, took a couple of days to get here but was in excellent condition - well packed with plenty of bubble wrap.

Entered a giveaway on Instagram to win a free pop and I won it! As soon as I won the competition, the shop packaged and posted it the next day and it came 2 days later. I was overwhelmed that I won the competition and also had received the pop two days later. Person was very responsive when asked questions. Good, quick service and received an amazing condition pop because of how well it was packaged. I also was gifted a discount for my next purchase at the shop so I am very happy. Recommend to anyone trying to buy pops with ease. 5 stars 🌟

Stubbled across this store on eBay after purchasing a pop vinyl from them. If you’re anything like me, the packaging it hugely important as I don’t want any damage whatsoever to the box. My pop was delivery not only really quick, but packaged perfectly. Incredibly happy, will 100% be using again. Highly recommend! Thank you!

This website is unbelievably good I’ve been looking for a website like this for a long time. It has a grate amount of pops and has fast delivery five stars 🌟

I recently bought my Hocus Pocus pops from here as they were the cheapest from all the other sites. Highly recommend them, such friendly service, amazing pops and fast postage. What more could your ask for.
