I placed an order in August which I paid for and I have never received the pop figure. Most people complain that Popsulike don’t reply to emails and I am no different. They have just lost me as a customer for any future orders

I pre ordered a pop at the beginning of the year which was meant to arrive in February but hadn't arrived by late March. I understand that pre orders can get delayed (especially atm), but the lack of communication with customers is letting the company down. It wouldn't be so hard to update people who are waiting.

I emailed them to ask when the pop was expected but after days I had no response. I saw the terrible reviews here and just filed a claim with PayPal, which they managed to respond to within 24hrs.

They might be better with things they actually have in stock, but the seemingly non existent customer service is concerning, so I'm not sure if I'll order again.

Ordered the Gladiator pack of 4 which included 2 rare editions. Quickly delivered and well wrapped.

THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, NOT SEND ITEMS AND IGNORE ALL REQUESTS FOR ANY REFUNDS.

Took money yet didnt send the order, still waiting for any kind of response after a month - ignored ALL messages and emails.

Had to report them to Action Fraud and receive a refund via PayPal.

What a load of trash, no customer service, tried to cancel my order but they sent it 3 months later anyway. AVOID

No contact received from customer service, I’ve been emailing for weeks to cancel two orders as they won’t arrive on time before Xmas, still had no response to their gmail email on their website or any social media channels.

Pre-ordered an item mid-Now with estimated delivery in December. Still haven't received any updates nor have they responded to my emails. Now most likely £20 out of pocket. Would seek another retailer.

Ordered 2 pops, one on 14/12/20 and the other on 18/12/20 both arrived within a week and in excellent,
brand new condition as per description. It's unfortunate people have had issues with this company however I can't fault them whatsoever.

I don’t usually leave reviews... but I read so many negative reviews on this company after placing my order I doubted I’d bought from the right place. They were rare pops at a very decent price. Seemed to good to be true. But...Pops arrived after 9 days, well packaged, in excellent condition. No complaint from me! Very happy customer!!

Items never received, took my money. No response to email, instagram or Facebook Message. I had to request the money back from my bank.

Shocking service, sent me the wrong item wont respond to my emails

Awful. Preordered a pop vinyl figure at the beginning of the year which was to be released in October. It is December and it is still not received. I have emailed them multiple times and no response. The website still says October release for the item I purchased and it is as if the company have disappeared. I wouldn't mind if there was a delay and communication but it is impossible to contact them.

Avoid! Damaged item provided and seller ignores messages requesting a refund or replacement. Now escalated to PayPal dispute resolution to resolve!

I pre ordered some star wars pops back in July, I haven't received them they released at the beginning of October, I have emailed 3 times its been 2 weeks and no response

I was a bit unsure of ordering due to recent bad reviews but I took a chance and ordered as it was a funko I really wanted, and I'm so glad I did! Ordered on the Tuesday morning, Thursday morning it was delivered! Great condition, well packaged! Thank you very much!

I’m still waiting for my Harry Potter patrous pop figure that I pre ordered in feb... it’s Oct ... I have emailed and Facebook messaged but no reply can anyone help?

I had pre-ordered 2 figures with this website. I fully understood that they may not come in time for my boyfriend’s birthday but thought I’d at least try.
After 1 month I dropped them an email just asking how the order was going and whether they could estimate when I could expect the delivery.
As I didn’t hear back for a month I read some reviews on here and could see that they responded when there was a complaint. As such I emailed them again just asking for some communications as I hadn’t heard anything. That day they got back to me confirming that 1 figure was ready and 1 was still due for delivery. I immediately responded asking for the 1 they had to be posted and to complete a partial refund for the one that was still not ready.
In response I kept receiving the same emails. I have now asked for this 4 times with no further communications. So, today I have asked for a full refund as I am tired of chasing.
My complaint isn’t that I didn’t get the figures, it’s at the lack of any responses and when I do get one it’s unhelpful.
I would not use the service ever again - stay clear.

Ordered a couple of times from this company both pops i`ve struggled to get elsewhere and both arrived in good condition with a 10% code for my next pop.

I have been emailing since June for a refund for an item I ordered in April and still has not been delivered. They had previously answered an email I sent in April, so i know the address is right and they were great before. I have had no reply since June and I am very upset. I asked for a refund and two weeks later they sent some of the items, ignoring my request for a refund. So the company is still running but no customer service. I still have one item I need refunded or delivered and they are ignoring me and they still have my money. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE.

EDIT: After I put this review, they did email me but told me I had already had a refund. This was a partial refund from when they price matched Popinabox as they were selling the item for more than half I paid on popsulike. Popsulike price matched in April after I asked for a refund but it did take them a month and a reminder email for them to refund me then. But now they say I have been refunded for the item and again are not emailing me back. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
