Great web page

I had a diamond art piece arrive in multiple pieces. I sent an email and I received a response from them and have a replacement being sent in less than 24 hours.

I have been ordering for months and have never had a bad experience. I get my paintings in a timely manner and the product is of excellent quality. I have given some away as Christmas, Birthday gifts and people think they are excellent.

HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND CANNOT GET HOLD OF THEM, NO ANSWER ON TELEPHONE AND THEY NOT REPLYING TO EMAILS.

SCAM!!!!!!!

I ordered a diamond painting, then realized I already had that one so I contacted them they promptly refunded my money no problem. I will definetly order from them again.

Had an issue with photo size and company have solved the problem and didn't charge any extra nothing seems to be a problem will defo use them again

They answered my email in a timely manner and fixed the problem right away.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them regarding my two separate orders for the same product.
They wanted to be sure that I did want to order the exact same product and, I did even though I haven’t seen the product yet.
I belong to a craft group from various parts of the USA and England and it is so much simpler for me to place separate orders to be shipped to the various members directly from this company than to have every thing shipped to me. The for me then to repackage and ship everything onto my group.
I really appreciate their close observation of the orders coming in and checking to be sure there was no confusion on the invoices.

Accidentally the kit was sent to me missing packets of drills of one DMC number. I notified the company and have now received those missing drills. This was done in a timely fashion. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

I did have a problem with one of the projects I received. It was short some of the Diamonds that I need to complete it. I did decide to contact the company. I had contact, from them, the next day asking what was missing. They have since stated that they would ship me the missing Diamonds. They have been very helpful and it has not been a bad experience (which truthfully, was what I expected). I have since placed a second order for more projects, as they have been awesome!

I contacted customer service due to my craft was missing 2 diamond pks. I received them a few days ago. Now I can finish my craft. 😊

I made a mistake when ordering and had got something I had already bought from them. When I asked to return the item I was told no. Then they finally said I could return the item but I had to pay postage which I thought was okay. But the return address is in China. Which is ridiculous as when the package arrives it comes from somewhere else,obviously comes from China to somewhere else then ships to you!!! Disappointed with them.

Great customer service! They actually respond to you right away and are so polite.

I love ordering from this company. They have such a wide selection of merchandise. I had an issue receiving with my last order, I contacted customer service thru e-mail, and they responded immediately. They corrected the issue and I received my order with no problem. I will definitely order from them again. Customer Service was fast and friendly!!

Amazing customer service support team! When I received my order it was missing two things. I had read a review that they had great customer service so I reached out by email. I had a quick reply within 24 hours. They looked into the situation and will be sending me the two missing parts. The support team was friendly and helpful!
