My experience with Pocketpills has been…
My experience with Pocketpills has been so frustrating. There is no easy way to get in contact with someone and the bot can only help you so much. I had wanted to refill a prescription early which my insurance would not cover. Obviously not Pocketpills fault, they did reach out to me and ask if I still wanted it, which I said yes to but they ended up cancelling the order anyway. I then asked to refill it again to which Pocketpills cancelled the order themselves saying it was too early to refill. After that I’d given up and got my prescription elsewhere. Now they’ve gone ahead and created a new order and charged me today, Friday. I reached out on chat but of course it’s just a bot and no real person can get back to me until Tuesday once the order will have shipped and gotten to me. So of course they likely won’t be able to cancel this unauthorized charge.
All very frustrating!

Follow up of my concerns
My medication was supposed to to be delivered in a cold state on the 30th of July. I didn’t been delivered till the 31st of July . The cold packs to keep it cold hasn’t been cold as it’s supposed to be and I’m afraid that my package has spent more then it should in a hot temperature truck of post Canada so the medication has been affected in some way.
After contacting the office and pharmacy, I’ve been assured there was no real problem for this short period and the medication was perfectly safe with no harmful effect so I used as It should and was fine
