The delivery was hassle-free
The delivery was hassle-free. I needed to reschedule my delivery and was able to get a response quickly by email. However, it was almost impossible to reach a live agent. I tried scheduling a call twice because I had questions regarding my insurance. Both times, I could only get a slot after my scheduled prescription delivery time.
