Excellent service …
I was very pleased with the recent delivery of my prescription. The person delivering it contacted me and I was not available at that moment using my Buzzer at my condo. When I called him back he said he would try to return that evening which he did and deliver my medication, now that’s great service.

Pockets Pills made errors and delayed refill
Update: I reached out to both the number and email, but still getting automated responses stating their earliest convenience to speak with me is later this week. Even provided the additional information asked for, and still no one has spoken to me or started delivery. It is also worth noting Pocket Pills ensured they took payment 5 days ago, but still have not prepared the medication for shipment, as per their own automated status update. It took hours today but my local pharmacy persisted until they got through and transferred back the prescription, which they then refilled immediately
Pockets Pills made errors twice in a row when transferring a prescription. Now delayed for over a week, and counting, to prepare the refill when they finally got the transfer request correct. No one is there to speak to. All there is, is an AI chat bot saying someone will be available in 4 days from now at the earliest to look at the concern. That is too late, medication runs out today, so now have to find a local pharmacy that is willing to help with an emergency refill. Do not waste your time with Pocket Pills. They are incompetent and not customer centric.

I have problems with Pocketpills every…
I have problems with Pocketpills every single time. I need all of my medication delivered at the same time due to my work schedule but for some reason this company can’t seem to understand this, even when they look at my account and see that is the case. To top it off, their phone number doesn’t work so you can’t get in touch with them, it will only ring once and then hang up. It is a very frustrating experience every single time, but unfortunately I do not have a second option at this time, otherwise I wouldn’t be wasting my time with Pocketpills.
