Been playing for over a year through FB but in the last 10 days 3 purchases have failed to complete but money still taken. Error message shows could be internet issues but I have speeds of 70mbps+. Refunds aren't happening after jumping through hoops and happened once as a 'Courtesy'. Done with this game and anything by Playrix, they are just money grabbing thieves.

Playrix sheer greed..has surpassed acceptability. As a long term player subscriber. NO MORE. I will not give them one more penny. Systematically wasting their games with poor design/ideas and features. Sad..and they aren't listening. They need to feel poor service reeps poor payment return. Wake the greedy gits up. Whole game is filled with nonsense now. I would Fire the half of the staff responsible for this particular game now and reduce bonuses. Performance wise or other.

The game of which I have only seen through adds is subconsciously talking to the belittlement of my mind and cruelty of the capitalist society. These games should not be allowed. I consider Playrix a psychological terror organisation.

hello i really need help, my account has been suspended , and i have spent over 3 hours well more than that as i tried to get connected to customer support last night , and couldnt get through , please can you help me? , i have never used anything other than the normal app on my ipad which i have played on for years, thank you

If you been playing the game for 2+ years, it is a step-by-step of how to destroy a game and make it completely disinteresting to Players. At least I never spent a cent on it 😁.

Playrix is a bunch of thieves, period. Township was once a terrific games. Little by little they fazed out all the great things about the game. It was fun and challenging, now it's tedious, boring, and incredibly frustrating. The name of the game doesn't fit anymore. It's just another match 3 game and definitely fixed. Customers service doesn't exist, they respond to nothing. Playrix is a money grabbing entity that no longer cares about the players that keep them in business. They deserve to go extinct!!!

Does a real person ever response to any inquires?? The game had a bug and crashed and I lost all of my progress. Countless efforts to contact support, only to speak with bots and at the end no resolution

Playrix and G5 Games are criminal organizations. The games are based on psychological principales. The match 3 systems are not random, but fully controled. The goal is to get as much money as possible out of children and people without the capability to regnognize the paterns.
Unfortunately they get away with it.

This game system should not be on line. I took a screenshot of my purchase and sent it to them and their support site NEVER responded. I tried at Varying times of day taking in consideration time zones. They have No real tech support only AI.
They will have to answer to GOD some day.

They rip people off horribly, this Russian company never talks to their customers, just a stupid robot. You'll never get your money back, plus now, they scam you in the game in the regatta and those stupid map games, the game will only hold 100 points, yet it takes that much to remove these rocks or tree cuttings, its ridiculously expensive, they are out for your money, yet are not brave enough to give a customer service phone number or Physical address for the company to write you back and not that stupid robot crap. They made TBE maps harder to force you to but T cash, they only allow you to only get 100 clovers when helping your fellow players then you get stupid coins which higher players don't need! After this regatta I won't play anymore until playrix company makes things fair to people. I will put this on every internet complaint forums so innocent people don't get used to make themselves rich, by making prices higher, games in the regatta and not allowing us to collect every clover we deserve. I learned that you help your team and friends, but they no longer give a clover for every thing you fill for others, they give stupid coins in balloons instead of the clovers to open the gold chests in regatta

Playrix games are all about greediness with charging more and more real money for everything you need and you can get very few in game coins.

Money hungry changes all the time using "updates" that try and get you to spend real money or you can't move up. Blames "gliches" when the town cash or something goes missing....never replaces the stolen items...call it their policy. Very rarely actually talks real time or just does not answer at all

Useless customer 'support'

Have had endless and constant issues with manor matters in that every week I'm in the winners league for no apparent reason!! Sophia & Natalie especially, as there are only two people, keep coming back with the same useless info and NEVER resolve the problem! They don't even play the game themselves, I know this through their idiotic questions!

I keep at them to vent my anger rather than hope for a solution!

Just thieves. They take away more and more with every update. Rig the game so to pass a level you must pay for more. I don't mind paying to play a game but they are sneaky and dishonest. They have also started to push advertising their other games and it's annoying. Definitely not a free play game and they shouldn't be allowed to publicize it's free. I'm over level 8000 so I've played for awhile and it's really a money scam.

This company is Owned by a Russian Israeli zionist scammer. Since the last update they have made it impossible to win any level without buying extra moves or having powerups.
Their costumer service had become impossible to reach, it's either a bot or nothing. Total scam . EXPECTED when it's a zionist who runs the company.just plain thieves who steal from everyone.
Me and few friends are going to file a complaint at the consumer board and I encourage everyone to do so.

I paid hundreds of dollars for things in a game and the items were never given toe. They took my money and the support lies and keeps saying everything is fine with my account,,but they REFUSE to actually check, and just close the conversation, not allowing me to even contact customer support. I've been trying to get my money or game items for a month and customer service is absolutely and totally useless.

Update has totally ruined this game,all it wants is your money, impossible to play fair in the regatta you start off with the same number of players if your lucky then suddenly teams have 3 times as many players as they started with, not hoppers they play all week so much cheating going on now it’s taken all the fun out of it
