I took the trouble to visit Pixton's…

I took the trouble to visit Pixton's nursery in Devon so that I would see the actual trees we were buying. Isla let us choose freely but wouldn't label them and when eventually they arrived, four out of five were different. Much worse than that, they were dreadful specimens and in fact the most expensive at nearly £400 was eventually uprooted and thrown away. She was VERY unpleasant when we looked to solve the problem amiably. We had to take Pixton to court where the judge awarded compensation.
Probably the worst buying experience I have EVER had.
