I enjoy using this site for photo books. It is easy to navigate and the end product is always professional looking and great quality

I have been using photobook for a yearly review photo album and a yearly big vacation photo book for 5 years. The program is very easy to use!!! And the quality of the products I have received is exceptional. I have friends who use other companies products and often report the system kicking them offline, losing the collected photos and their book progress. In my experience I have not had any issues in the creation of my books. On this last order they even allowed an extension of my voucher. I have no complaints and highly recommend.

I have used several different photo book companies and feel Photobook is the best one. The photo quality is great, the site is easy to navigate and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous production, but one of the books had a slightly smeared cover. Customer service was right on the case, and a replacement was sent immediately. I look forward to many more books - they are a great winter project!

I was a little out of my league with importing the pictures and so forth. yet Erica was very helpful and I finished a beautiful book with memories for a lifetime the book is just great

I LOVE these books!, I have lost count of how many I have made, kept and gifted. You really need to purchase with a coupon, otherwise it can get a bit pricy if you have many photos. I love using scenery photos as the background with the ability to make them washed out. Endless options!

The quality of the pages and colors is wonderful. I order the lay flat book and it's great when several look at the books together. I tried one and have since ordered several more. Very happy with quick delivery and high quality.

I have had great experiences with Photo America. Their photo books are beautiful and easy to make, a great keepsake!

Excellent online editor, and excellent printing quality. It's an exact match between what you see online and what you get on paper.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service workers that will never truly help you to solve the problems.

I uploaded 22 images to their server via my iPad. Yet, my iPad broke and I lost all my precious images. I know that I can view the images via "My Photo". However, I just want to get back the original 22 full resolution images (4000px X 4000px ) that I uploaded to their server (or at least in a higher resolution). Therefore, I seeked help from them politely and asked if they can send me back the images.

So far, I have met five customer service workers. Two of them mentioned that they could do this but without following up. One of them even mentioned that the editor would use the full resolution photos that I originally uploaded in the final product. The others just reply me that they could not do this.

When one of the customer service workers mentioned that the editor has the full resolution version of my photos and she could send me the images back as png files, it is the matter whether they WANT to do this, NOT whether they CAN do this or not.

I feel really frustrated not only because I needed to wait for their replies for a long time each time, I also feel frustrated because I have contacted one of them with 11 emails, and the four customer service workers with so many messages via the chatbox. Yet, none of them can really help me to solve the problem.

I cannot imagine how frustrated I will feel if I really place an order via Photobook.

Update: Finally received the 22 images I wanted which was sent by the sixth customer service worker that I encountered, after posting this review.

Very easy and user friendly with lots of features on photobook making program. Photobook comes out with true colors and shipping is very quick considering shipped from Malaysia to US. Highly recommended

I ordered a tailor-made puzzle for a very ill friend in New Jersey. Needless to say, time was of essence, so I opted for an American website to cut down on delivery time. I was promised the product would be with her within 5-7 working days. It was only printed after 7 days. I alerted them to it and am yet to get a response. I have since then received an email from DHL who are now confirming that it will be another week before it’s delivered from Malaysia. I am fuming! Update: my friend died in the meantime and never got to see the nostalgic puzzle photo of us.
