I recently created a photobook with Photobook America, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I have made many Photobooks with Photobook America, and once again, they have met the expectation I have come to expect from them. The website is incredibly easy, allowing me to customize every detail effortlessly. The final product is absolutely stunning—vivid colors, high-quality printing, and a professional finish. I highly recommend Photobook America for anyone looking to preserve their memories beautifully!

I have made phonebook and calendars with Photobook America. I especially like the vertical calendar. This format seems to be unique to this website. (I have never seen the same style in other companies.) It showcases several photos each month while I can write daily memo.

I have made over 45 books with Photobook America. I like there software and the quality of the books is very nice. I usually make 14 x11 inch table books.

Based on the non-stop ads and emails I get, I purchased several photobook voucher to build books after the holidays. The vouchers expired very quickly without sending me a notice. Not only don't I get the full books I prepaid, but I can't even apply the cash value of the vouchers to buy books outright.
I feel totally swindled! Don't buy a voucher unless you have all your photos curated and read to go!

Great software to create your photobook. Quality paper and overall final product. Fairly quick production and shipping. Also, customer service has always been quick to respond to any inquiries. Very happy with this company.

They are easily available and respond timely. I have been using them for many years and the quality is better than others. I use their downloaded software which make it less time online, and all at my convenience. The cost is competitive and better when there is a promotion in the works. They respond to any issues, and they have a lot of options as to sizes, pages, paper so easy to customize.

I have been using Photobook America Designer for many years. I like the versatility of this application. I can enhance my photos and add clipart and backgrounds from the outside. The finished product is excellent. My friends all have me making their photobooks. I recently had an upload issue which ended up being a problem on their end. It was quickly resolved with a phone call and they got me back on track. I also like purchasing vouchers for future orders. This helps me to know what to expect pricewise.

We use the offline program to create our projects which allows us to work even where wifi is not reliable. Whenever we have a problem or question, email support it always there for us.

I am always very happy with my completed projects. the books are of good quality and arrive within a very reasonable time.

I’ve been using Photobook America for about 9-10 years. Started with books of each grandchild the hardcover image wrap 8x11; their shows and competitions (soft cover 8x8’s) for them. I complete a hardcover 8x11 after each travel adventure; 1-2 times a year. I use the online editor for my projects; which make it so easy to add my photos and own customizations. The quality is outstanding and arrives usually within 10 days. I love the voucher process. I recommend to all my travel friends.

I have used Photobook America for six or seven years and have been very pleased with my experience. The print quality of the books has been excellent, and I like using their offline editor. I'm not wild about the online editor, though, and if you need a product in time for a holiday, be sure to allow an extra week or so for shipping time.

I am always impressed by the quality of my books ordered thru this company. This last one was no exception. Ordering via the internet and having the offline program to produce exactly what I want is a plus. Adding my own text I can create customized books summarizing my trips or family genealogy charts in book form.

I like the quality of the paper. The size of the books that they offer. And the big one is the coupons you have for ex: buy 1 get 2 free. Love Love that one.

I love the books and enjoy using the offline creator. The software is intuitive and easy to handle.

I have tried several other photobook companies and once I discovered PhotobookAmerica, I have had 11 made by them. Why try others when you find one with superb quality

This is my first time using Photobook America. I am a serious hobby photographer and have used several other sites to produce extensive photobooks. I struggled to adapt to the Photobook America software, but now understand and appreciate the process.

I am disappointed with the following aspects of Photobook America:
1) THE BACKGROUND COLORS ARE TOO BRIGHT AND BOLD. The bold backgrounds detract from the quality of the photograph. Why not provide more muted "hints/shades of color" so that the photograph can be the centerpiece, not the overpowering page color? Why not allow for both bold and softer backgrounds? Also, an expanded choice of colors should be available. All the other photobooks I have used offer hundreds of colors and shade intensities.
2) CLIP ART IS JUVENILE. More sophisticated clip art is needed. One look through Snapfish, Shutterfly, etc, shows more sophisticated images that would be a good addition.
3) FRAMES ARE LIMITED —The competition has many more frame options, a plus for professional and hobby-professional photobook enthusiasts.
In closing, your printing and page quality is excellent. The enhancements need to improve.

I have done over 25 photobooks with Photobook America. I usually do an image wrapped 8x11 book with a matte finish on the cover and upgraded paper--I like photo lustre paper 190 gsm. We make a travel photobook for each trip we make. I love using the offline photobook designer software so I can work a while and then come back later to continue. I do wish they would add a spell checker since I tend to include a fair amount of text. The books are well printed and colorful. I have had printing mistakes a few times, but when I have contacted the company (with pictures), they have always reprinted my book to my satisfaction!

I love my photo albums I make with photobook America. I make yearly albums for my family. I make an album for my daughters, my grandchildren and great grandchildren. Total 10. They are beautifully made.

I highly recommend Photobook of America's image wrap, lay flat, 190gsm. I just purchased another voucher for my 7th photobook project for my latest travel. Not only is their product quality excellent, their customer service is outstanding! Today, I spoke to Era from Customer Service, who gave me tips on how to use the many features for my new project.
