Photobook America is my favorite photobook site. I love that I'm able to save my projects and come back to them when I have time. I prefer to do all the layouts myself, using the suggested layouts as a rough guide but modifying them for my needs. Photobook offers complete flexibility and an easy to use interface. Plus, their pricing is a great value.

Great Photobook product! However, PLEASE make sure to provide a TRULY BLANK photobook with NO empty boxes. It is such a "pain" and waste of time to have to "delete" all the "pre-layout boxes"! I have requested this MANY times. PLEASE seriously consider this request and actually DO IT! I have done over 100 books with you and wish you would finally take action on this MUCH NEEDED request.

I have been using Photobook America for over 10 years now....the ease of use and quality product was the reason why I chose them initially. Over the years I had different questions and sometimes I would make a mistake or order a photo book that will arrive too late for the specific event. The team at PhotobookAmerica will go beyond just a good customer service- they will explain everything so patiently, make a compromise even if the mistake was mine...they really cared! This is the reason why I kept using them over so many years. The quality of the photo books is consistently excellent! This, combined with the team's kindness is the reason why I will keep using them for many more years.

I have been using Photobook America for approximately 15 years. They have documented my family and my favorite excursions in more than 20 photo books. I have yet to be disappointed. The printing quality is excellent. The turnaround time is very good. Delivery of the books is superb. My only complaint is minor but significant in that their packaging used to be more secure. The current packaging is more flimsy and more difficult to open.

I use Photobook Designer to create my books. I had a problem download the product to them. I emailed the support team and within 2 days everything was done to help me, product delivered and customer was happy.

Photobook has many very good discounts throughout the year, particularly buying voucher ahead of time and using later. You just need to keep track of the dates (and emails remind you), so you don't start too late. The quality of paper and photos visually is very high. The printing is done quickly and despite overseas shipping, it arrives quickly. The photobooks have good templates for adjusting layout, though I also have purchased mugs and other items that were good too. I find the value better than Shutterfly, which I have used before. Customer service was also responsive whenever I've had questions.

I've used Photobook America for the last 10+ years for professional and personal photobooks. So when we took our 25th anniversary trip to Ireland I knew exactly where to have our memory photobook made. Photobook America did a fabulous job as always (and I don't even use any of the upgrade options!!) I used the AI photo placement tool for the first time and didn't like the first try, but the 2nd attempt gave me a good starting point to work from and saved me hours of work, especially on an 80 page book. I appreciate their customer service as well. When I've had issues or needed a few days extension on my voucher, they've been more than accommodating. Can't recommend them enough!

There was some confusion over my use of a voucher that caused me to be charged more than I had expected. After contacting the support team, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. We exchanged emails several times and the team at Photobook was always polite and helpful.

The website made it very easy to layout photo books. Lots of options with fonts, colors and page design. Easy to upload photos either from your computer and the new feature to upload photos from mobile phone is a plus. The print and paper is high quality. Shipping is fast especially it is coming from Malaysia. Took a week get to the US once order is placed.

The paper on the album pages are high quality. It is my favorite photo book website. I’ve used them for years.

I like the quality of the books. The pictures come out sharp and clear.

Great photo books, responsive and helpful customer service. I have switched from Shutterfly and have used Photobook America for the past 3 years. Once my book arrived torn and the replaced it without making me beg.

Design software so user friendly! Easy to import photos from all difft types media. Was little disappointed in output. I paid extreme attn to the margins and they were still not totally accurate to what preview showed. Wish color output was better too without having Fri pay for $$$ upgrade.

Even though time consuming, the books come out great. I love seeing the final result. They are helpful when you have issues figuring out steps in creating the book.

The photo book looked great and arrived in a reasonable time.

I am an octagenarian trying to keep up with technology. The Help Team at Photobook America has been superb and most helpful on multiple occasions (except for one person named Aubrey!) and Mae was particularly helpful this week as I struggled with upload problems caused by my browser and my internet connection. I heartily recommend that when uploading photos to a project that you connect your computer directly to the internet modem and be sure that your Chrome cookies are cleared and that you can then accept or reject cookies from then on. Thank you to the Photobook America team! I will continue to use your products to document my travels with my family. I would like to call out Mae as an exceptional customer service representative who solved my difficult problem successfully and with exceptional ability, care and knowledge. Thank you, Mae.

I’ve been using Photobook for years to create photo books of family photos and art for years. I’ve made small photo books and some very, very large and lengthy ones. I’ve always been happy with their quality of product. The online website is good for creating product and generally easy to use. If you buy a voucher, they can be a great deal — but, focus initially on setting up your project to meet all specs of the voucher. They will hopefully make this a bit more foolproof over time.

Worst quality of photo product I've ever received. I threw away the products because I was too embarrassed at the quality to give away as gifts.

I like working offline and this company has a great downloadable software. I once had an issue submitting it after completing, but now I know how to send it with big file Dropbox. Once you get used to their formats, features, products etc., it's hard to go with other companies.
*On their software they have an option to enhance specific photos, which is great for everyday pics, but terrible for proffesionals.
* The vignette option on software (not available on online software) is so spectacular and i have not seen it on any other site.
I always do their layflat albums. I've done weddings, and random everyday albums. Everyone who sees my albums are blown away.
Usually customer service reps come through when I need them, which is not often.
The only negative thing I can say is that since they switched from DHL to usps it takes much longer to come.

Amazing and unique product where can capture and print out the precious moment with the beloved. Variety of choices for user to pick their preferable product.
