Pets 4 homes use a system that protects the dogs from those who exploit them. Any prospective buyer/homer should be willing and comfortable to follow the system.

Great experience, Chris the breeder could not have been more helpful. All his dogs are well looked after in new kennels. When I met my puppy for the first time he even showed me the whole operation. I have never seen so many happy, health dogs. I would highly recommend.

I felt going through this site gave me reassurance that I would not be scammed. Contact with the breeder was simple & once we collected our pet, payment was made straight away. I had never used pets4homes before but I highly recommend it to those looking for a pet. We found our beautiful little Lola on there and everything was structured so well with easy to follow instructions.

I have owned, bred and worked Spaniels for the last 35 years. So recently I decided that it would be a good gesture to give a dog that was up for sale/adoption. I still own a couple of Spaniels so wanted to get a full biography of the dog, why it was being relinquished, any behavioral problems etc. This was for the benefit of my dogs and the dog I was considering.
After weeks of looking I came across a Spaniel that I was interested in. Consequently, I decided to send a message to the owner to try and get more details. I was immediately presented with a payment request by Pets4Homes in order to proceed.
I believe that exploiting people's love of animals by making them pay in order to proceed with the purchase of a pet is despicable. I immediately closed my account.

I came across the site while actually looking for another.However after looking through and finding what I was looking for with relative ease,I have stuck with it and intend to purchase my 2nd pet from one of the adverts!The site is well laid out easy to manoeuvre and everyone seems friendly .Most response times are within
24 hours !, so overall I would and have recommended this site!

From the moment we agreed upon our kitten, communication was great and consistent. Absolutely adore our kitten.

My advice to buyers: think very carefully before paying an additional £95 for Pets4Homes Buyer Protection.
In my experience, when serious problems arose, I discovered that FIP was excluded, parasites were excluded, and missing vaccination and pedigree documentation were not covered. Pets4Homes’ position was that it was only a marketplace and was not responsible for the seller’s representations.
If you decide to buy, consider paying the seller directly by bank transfer after verifying their identity and seeing all veterinary, vaccination and registration documents. At least the payment will clearly identify who received your money and who the seller is.
When payment goes through the Pets4Homes system, do not assume that paying the extra £95 means Pets4Homes accepts responsibility for the seller, the accuracy of the advert, the health of the animal or missing documents.
In my case, when things went wrong, identifying the actual seller and establishing responsibility became unnecessarily difficult. The “Buyer Protection” provided far less practical protection than I reasonably expected.
Read every exclusion. Verify the seller’s full legal name and address. Obtain all documents before paying. Do not rely on the words “Buyer Protection.”

We are beyond happy with our new family addition!

Arabella is so dedicated to the kittens’ wellbeing and takes so much care and thought into making sure they have a happy start. This is clearly reflected through all the cat’s beaming and playful behaviour!

The area the kittens were kept in was like a cat haven, with easy access to safe garden and indoor space. Once reserved, Arabella also offered for us to come and see our cat anytime before she was ready.

Arabella was also very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to answering all of our questions about general ragdoll maintenance. On the day of pick up, Arabella also bathed and cut our kittens claws for us. Our cat was also pre litter trained which we were so happy about!

The process of purchase was also incredibly smooth and we hope to be back some time in the future for another furry friend!

The experience was good. I was able to collect my pet.
It was great knowing that I will be refunded fully if I didn't get my pet or anything went wrong.
Knowing that the seller was verified was also a plus
I got 5 weeks free pet insurance.
Right now my Kitten is settling in. She's hiding in my sofa :). Will give her time to feel at home. :)

The whole process from finding a pet to contacting the seller was so quick and stress free. Having the process done entirely on the website including payment was a total breeze. We finally picked Ruby up today and couldn't be happier. Thank you for a first class service.

Informative page, reliable sellers and great variety of dogs for sale. I personally got a pup from this page. Higly recommend.

Found using pets4Homes really easy to navigate, was a bit unsure at first about finding a puppy with online site, but the whole process was easy and put my mind at rest. The communication to the breeder went via a chat with pets4Homes, the deposit easy, and once I’d agreed a date for collection, the final bill was paid securely and once u pick ur pet and “confirm” ur happy with the pet online, the money is released to the breeder. Would definitely recommend

I was in the market for a pomski pup and 1 user I found I felt was a scammer. There wasn’t much information about the breeder and think there could be more to vet any breeders. I did find my pup on pets 4 homes when I came across a breeder called Celtic star. I would just advise not to be torn away from the site and only use the site to communicate if something seems off. I have to say when I found my breeder they were amazing and I couldn’t be happier with them or my pup

We picked up our beautiful kitten, Alfie, yesterday and couldn't be happier. Kevin and Deb were wonderful breeders throughout the entire process, sending us regular updates while we waited to bring him home. It’s so obvious that they provide a loving, caring environment for all their cats. Alfie’s incredible temperament is a true testament to how well he was treated before he came to us. Thank you, Kevin and Deb, for raising such a happy, healthy boy!
