But I’ve been into the store at pets at home I generally have had quite good service from the staff there. So that has bumped my review up a little bit, but unfortunately when I forwarded things online, I’ve had some real issues lately. Everything has been fine with the past orders that I’ve had, however part of my order I made last was stolen. I tried to contact pets at home to see if they could offer a refund or any kind of compensation or resend the items that have been stolen but of course I’ve had absolutely no information from them and it’s been a real struggle trying to get hold of anybody. Unfortunately, the courier used was utterly appalling and they have left pictures of the parcel being delivered which actually came a day earlier than said on the order information. So of course I was not prepared for the order to come at that point in time and I was not able to get to the order in time before I got there somebody has taken it either the courier or somebody in the building. I don’t understand why they’re using evri as the courier because they are terrible. They have done nothing to help and pets at home I’ve done nothing to help in this situation either. I wouldn’t recommend getting anything online from them because clearly there is an issue.

Just visited Cumbernauld branch of Pets at Home and as usual the staff in the shop were excellent, we have a small dog with acute digestive problems so require Royal Canin special diet food which we order through PatH. We order trays of 12 but unfortunately Royal Canin packing process is terrible and we always have to open the trays and check for dented tins which could have oxidation on the inside due to burst internal seals, they are always a high percentage of damaged tins.
The staff in the Cumbernauld branch are always, without exception, patient and understanding of our need for perfect tins.
They are always very professional and cheery and work out refunds for the tins returned.
So to Steven ( manager) and all the staff I hope this review shows our appreciation of the service we get from you all

Fantastic Customer Service
Kirsty T from the Customer Service Team was extremely helpful with my query with a Panoramic Fish Tank, as were the staff at the Southend Victoria Store. Highly recommend.
I had a minor issue with an easy repeat where the system didn't register a payment and Mobeen fixed it straight away and got an order processed the same day. Appreciated how quickly it got sorted!

Hazel and her team in Oban have been so helpful ,compassionate and just lovely .When we first introduced them to our boy Lennox nearly 10 years ago .Lennox was a Bouvier Des Flanders and from day 1 they loved him and he them .He was groomed there ,and they specially got trained on how to groom a Bouvier .Sady Lennox passed away last Friday .will miss going in to the store with him .Thank you Pets at home for all your help over the years .

Wrong postcode
Unfortunately my parcel had the wrong Postcode so Evri couldn't deliver it. I contacted Pets at Home they were extremely efficient sorted it out straight away and arranged next day delivery for my goods.
I was most impressed at the efficiency of the staff.
Excellent Customer Service from Sabrina & Emily.
I received my monthly order of tinned dog food only to find around 80% of the tins bashed and/or with the seal broken. On contacting Pets at Home, I dealt with Sabrina M and Emily via email. Both were very professional and resolved my issue within a matter of a few emails on the same day. Both were very professional and displayed an understanding of my issue resulting in the matter being resolved quickly as noted above.

I have been ordering all the cat food for my 2 cats from Pets at Home for the past 6 years, and I belong to their Pet Club.
The Pet Club gives exclusive offers to members, but when trying to use an offer, it does not go through at checkout. I had great difficulties getting hold of anyone, as you can only use the Online Chat and speak with a robot. After getting cut off several times on the Chat (you get cut off if the robot does not understand what you are asking), I finally got hold of a person, who could not help me either.
I have now cancelled my order and found that it was actually much cheaper to order directly from the Royal Canin website (saved 15% off the price that Pets at Home had).
PACKAGING ISSUES
I had cause to complain about the standard of packaging for a heavy order of cat food and cat litter. I was not seeking any compensation but rather the assurance that packaging standards would be looked at.
Mobeen Malik, a Customer Service Advisor, sent me a thoughtful and well-considered response that gave me the feeling that I was a valued customer.
Responded immediately to a damaged order
The delivery company damaged some of the items on my online delivery and sent an email to say the order could not now be fulfilled.
I emailed Pets at Home and they quickly responded with a priority order immediately dispatched to replace my damaged items. Thanks to Saima Khanom at customer services for her polite, friendly and efficient response.
