The old saying with insurance “you don’t know until you use it “ - well unfortunately I had to use mine, bills racked up quickly and they took a lot of stress and worry away after the initial outlay from me they worked directly with my vet and will continue to do so now we have a lifetime treatment need - truly grateful I didn’t move provider to save a couple of pounds

Went online looking for pet insurance, some quotes were ridiculous, seen pet connect, really good value,covers everything you can think of,and more that you would never consider, at the end of the day, its peace of mind,i now kniw that my cat will be ok, and can have a happy life,doing what cats do, which isn't a lot, and if anything happens pet connect got my back

Well what can I say my eldest Shih Tzu has no end of problems. Pet protect have always been excellent and paid the money. You hear stories about pet insurance doing everything not to pay but these guys have been excellent, iv 2 Shih Tzus both insured by pet protect youngest never had a problem touch wood

I have been a loyal customer of another company since I got my cat. I always thought they were the cheapest until this year. When I looked around I found Pet Protect was so much cheaper and so easy to sort it all out. It was quick, simple and hassle free.

This was a continuation claim which was efficiently and quickly dealt with by my vet and Pet Protect.

Pet Protect really have been the best.

We switched to them a couple of years ago after the renewal costs from the company our cat had been insured with his entire life (despite never making a claim) had simply become unaffordable as he reached his ninth birthday.

Last November our cat became seriously unwell and, throughout what has been a very difficult and emotional time, Pet Protect have been exceptional. Every claim has been handled quickly, fairly and without fuss, usually being paid within just a few days.

What has stood out most is how different they have been from many insurance companies. There has been no arguing over technicalities or searching for reasons not to pay out, just compassion, professionalism and genuinely excellent customer service when we needed it most.

I genuinely can’t thank them enough. Prompt payments, clear communication and a company that actually seems to care about its customers and their pets.

I have my other dog insured with Pet Protect, so it was easy to add my new puppy to insurance.
