I was treated very well, Chad seemed to want to help me with what would fix our needs vs just placing an offer that wouldn't work.
The time we took to set up a new account was quick and easy.
Chad was very nice and made sure before we were finished that I understood and that if I ever needed anything else to reach out.
We have had pet insurance for well over 10yrs, we have always been treated nicely, lacking a few glitches along the way.

I used customer service spoke with an gent named Carl, i believe, he was also kind and understanding i had to find and change some issues. It was done and over within a few minutes.
Both were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I already have a nationwide pet account for another pet, but “enroll a new pet” isn’t an option like you claim. Clicking “add a new pet” acts as though you’re starting a fresh account

I didn’t need to research any other company when choosing a policy for my new pup Buck. Nationwide was so easy to work with when my other dog Rocky had to have surgery after being hit by a flatbed semi truck. The process was seamless and each customer care representative took time, patience and genuine understanding of a very stressful situation. Nationwide policy benefits are well worth every penny spent and processing a new claim online is an easy process. Thank you

It was easy, fast and was very low cost for basic coverage for my 1 cat . Once I get my policy I will be looking for more coverage for her, she is 11 years old and probably will need some dental soon 🙀😹

We added 2 more dogs to your plan was done over the phone the salesperson was a pro. Very happy with your service from previous loss of our dog who passed of Cancer. You compensated us for exactly what was covered.

I thought the rates were reasonable.
I wish I could insure the rest of my kitty’s but, we have too many as living out in the country, folks just dump kitty’s like they’re garbage! It’s infuriating!
