I order my dogs hypoallergenic food from here & have to obtain an invoice or proof of purchase to claim back from the insurance. They have this really odd and frustrating policy where your order confirmation that comes through via email doesnt state what you ordered or how much it cost. I dont know any other retailer that doesnt include a summary of your order in your confirmation email??? If you want to find what you actually ordered you have to go onto their website& input all of the order details. But in the 2/3 times I've ordered from them, this doesnt work and gives me an error msg. Just an inconvenience, why not make things easy for your customers?

Summary:

Do not order refrigerated medication with this company. There are other online pharmacies, such as Animed, that seem to take refrigerated deliveries much more seriously and use sufficient cooling and packaging to make sure the medication arrives at the correct temperature. I would much rather use a company that puts that level of care into transporting medication safely.

I’ve been a customer of this company for several years, but unfortunately their customer service has become frustrating. Every time I contact them, a different person picks up the case and I seem to get a completely different response, with no real continuity or ownership of the issue.

My most recent experience was particularly concerning. I ordered an important medication that has to be kept refrigerated and therefore needs to be shipped with proper temperature control. When it arrived, all of the ice packs had completely melted and the package was measuring over 36°C. For a temperature-sensitive medication, I find that completely unacceptable. It also makes me wonder what would happen if the person receiving it didn’t know how the medication was supposed to be stored and simply used it.

The situation afterwards has been just as disappointing. I have now been waiting for a refund for around three weeks. I refused the package delivery, but I keep being told that they haven’t received it back from Royal Mail. I’ve exchanged numerous emails with several different members of staff and still nothing has been resolved. I don't care if Royal Mail hasn't brought the item back to them, they can easily see in the system that I refused the delivery.

At this point, I would have expected some acknowledgement or compensation for the way the medication was delivered, but I’m still simply trying to get the original refund.

Based on my experience, I would not order any medication from this company that needs to be kept refrigerated. They use Royal Mail, which can mean that something dispatched on a Friday may not reach you until Monday, and for temperature-sensitive medication that is a serious concern.

I do not think ordering pet drugs is an experience, more a necessity.

As I only relate by telephone, I think the "jingle" I had to listen to 10 times over; it might be kind to upgrade it.

The medication, thankfully arrived promptly.

Made an order online and it took a week to come after many phone calls to customer services.
Spoke to a manager who finally resolved my query.
The issue was with the courier DHL an absolute nightmare. Caused me alot of stress. To keep their customers they need to change the courier service. Hence I won't be using the company no more.

My prescription was messed up and when I called back your lines were down

It is easy to order the prescription and the staff are amazing. If you don't get through the first time they phone you back . It is a quick delivery.

I paid for express delivery and still haven't received the order days later, company totally ignoring my emails requesting a refund, clearly they have sent normal delivery. Disgusting customer service ,i will never use this company again, totally unreliable.
