Good idea, cheap materials
I bought a pair of their shoes during their sales. The laces are tied using cheap plastic "lace holes" with the top one breaking on first use.
On contacting customer service I was instructed on how to tie shoe laces, something I thought I have mastered 30 years ago? So arrogant.
I was then told to just use the next lace hole down. Never mind the actual faulty product. Well, I did this and the next hole down is already ripping through, only a millimetre or so before it'll be broken as well.
On doing some more digging it is clear that this is a known issue and a design flaw and they admitted as much saying they were aware of some shoes breaking.
The shoes look awesome. Just a shame they are clearly made using the cheapest available material.
So overall for what you pay, definitely not worth the price.
