Contacted Motocaddy with issues around my lithium battery not charging. Spoke to Jamie who advised it was likely the charger was faulty. Within two days I had a new replacement charger delivered to my door. First class service from Jamie.
The customer service team at Motocaddy are exceptional - quick to respond to my initial message and solved the issue with zero hassle.
Thanks to all the team!
I was just within my 2 year warranty and a small plastic cover had fallen off near the wheels. Bethany sorted a replacement and included a second just in case it happened again. Whole thing sorted within a couple of days. Great customer service, which is hard to find these days. Credit to the company. 👍

I recently purchased a replacement battery, received an order confirmation which stated that the item would be shipped within 5-7 working days and payment was taken. After 7 working days I made contact requesting an order update. Having waited 20 mins I requested a callback which I did not receive. I made 3 further calls to be told each time that the battery was with the courier, nobody could tell me the reason for the delay. 21 days have elapsed since I placed the order and I have not received the battery and no delivery date has been provided. I have not had a positive customer experience and would hesitate to order online with Motocaddy again.
Excellent customer care especially Beth who helped resolve my issue straight away! Wish all companies were as easy and pleasant to do business with!

I contacted Motocaddy as my zip broke on a travel cover after just one week. I supplied photos and they were quick to reply stating that a replacement would be sent immediately. Very efficient and extremely impressed with the service provided by Bethany. Top stuff! 💥

Bought an M7 Remote GPS last May. It stopped working. I took it to a local authorised repair man and when I got there it typically started up. He spoke to Motocaddy and they said take it away and video if it happens again. It was obviously faulty but I had no choice. It broke down of course the next time I tried to use it. As the repairman said initially it needs a new handle. I e been told 6 weeks for delivery. I wish I had bought a Powakaddy or Stewart. Absolutely disgusting customer service in a trolley that cost £1400.

My trolley failed to fold and I called Motocaddy. Matt was very helpful and asked me to send a couple of photos. Within a short time he emailed me to say a replacement had been ordered. I have never experienced such fantastic customer service and Matt made the whole process painless.

Bought an expensive remote trolley. It cracked, was 6 months old with 2yr warranty. Sent back and they say it is my fault and not covered. Basically go for another brand and avoid the sharks of motocaddy. Had loads of people moaning about cracked screens etc that motocaddy won't repair under warranty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, cos it will cost you
As predicted, response from motocaddy denying any responsibility. Basically the shaft of the trolley can not withhold a golf bag. If I'm paying big money for a trolley I'm going to be treating it like gold dust. Like I said, Avoid motocaddy and give your money to another brand, who probably make things to last!

I bought an M5 GPS DHC £1,100 electric trolley and when delivered the charger/ battery does not work
This should be tested before leaving the factory
Simply not good enough
MC are now going to update their website and manuals to note that the extended range battery setting should be set at 26V - thanks for the prompt assistance 👍🏻

A nut and bolt on my Motocaddy Cube push trolley became very loose and wouldn't tighten properly. I contacted customer services yesterday evening and sent them some photos and by 3pm today a replacement item had been put in the post to me free of charge! I have had a few dealings with Motocaddy customer services and every time they have been extremely helpful and have always sent me out the spare parts without charging me and without even asking for proof of purchase. Very unusual these days to have such prompt and agreeable outcomes. I would not hesitate to purchase another trolley from Motocaddy. Thanks to Jamie for his help today!

Called Motocaddy as the brake on my Cube trolley had malfunctioned. I was still within the 2 year warranty period. Matt asked me to email a video on 30/03/2026 and I’ve received my replacement trolley today (within 3 days).
Great communication and service from Motocaddy, in particular Matt.
