Courier (DPD) were useless, as usual

I ordered a 200% recoil and nozzle spring set for the AAP01, I was sent a 160% recoil spring. emailed customer service and have not heard anything back as of yet.

Still waiting for the parcel to arrive, DPD keep on saying unexpected delays.

Wrong item sent. On contact with Airsoft World, I was informed that I needed to return the incorrectly sent item, before the correct item was resent. Eventually received the correct item, but missed using it for an event because of airsoft world's error. It would have been good customer service to be accountable for the error and immediately despatch the correct item. I am also unsure if I have been refunded for the return postage and so I may also be penalised financially. I will now look to use other suppliers instead. A very dissatisfying experience.

An item that should be delivered next day and I got the tracking number after 10 days and today 5 days after get the tracking information the carrier is still waiting for them to post it! Well it seems I’ll need to involve PayPal for the refund as I haven’t received any reply from my messages.

Painless transaction, cheaper than other outlets but £18 for 24 hour Royal Mail is steep and they were late
