Cheap, but payment methods could be better.
Prices are very low. Also the service very good, they keep you informed about the handling of the shipping.
But, the payment method could be somewhat more 21st century.
Paypall or credit cards are no option when buying with them.
I will return as a buyer with them.

An order placed and paid on the 23 December 2018 order number 721898, has yet to arrive at the time of writing, 09 Jan 2019.
Having queried the late delivery, I was told by the support team 'to be patient'.

We apologize again for the delay in delivery. Your payment (by prepayment) came on 27.12. to us. Due to the high order volume between the holidays, your package could be given in the shipping only a few days ago. According to DHL and bpost, your package will arrive today. Such long delivery times are not common for us and we are really sorry for that.

Makita : Delivery as promised, very good (low) price if I compare with my country (Belgium). The real joke is that European distribution center is in my backyard (3 km away), and that goods are shipped to Germany and than back to Belgium.
