poor service...
order received too late (10 Days) while status on the web site was 'in stick. Order was damaged on arrival (box of Bosch nails exploded: not à single band on nails was intact. no time to return the order as the delay already impacted ou schedule, but I won't buy from them for sure. Not quality!

Thanks for your honoust respons. We always wait for the last product to come in stock, so it is possible that you have to wait a bit longer than expected if you order in and out of stock products. However, receiving broken products, is not what you want in times of tight scheduling and just in time deleveries. Therefore I invite you to try us again and email your future order to aftersales@catapult24.com. We will make it up to you with an incentive for the damage and personally see to it, the package will leave our warehouse quickly and in decent shape, as it should!

Hi Michele,
Sorry to hear that! As far as we know DHL has been on your doorsteps with your delivery three times during three days. After those attempts they decided to keep it in a service point for you to pick it up. The best we can do is trying to withdraw the package and send it again. But... You don't answer your phone and your email to discuss the possibilities in advance.
So call us Michele. We're here for you!
