Customer service disappointment
We called them to let them know that we had arrived, but they showed up an hour later. Once we were picked up, they asked us to pay an additional €30 for our extra luggage, even though this extra charge had not been mentioned or expected.
They then dropped us off at Terminal 1, even though we needed to go to Terminal 3. We hadn’t noticed that their service only operates to Terminal 1, as this information is written in very small print at the bottom of the contract. However, that is absolutely no excuse for the driver to start shouting at us and behaving in such a rude and unpleasant manner.
Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor communication, unexpected extra charges, and extremely unpleasant customer service. We definitely expected better.

utilisation non autorisée du véhicule/Unauthorized car use
I booked parking thru ParkMundo (as Parkive known known as) and parked my car for 3 days. All went well and the valet service was good, even friendly.
The PROBLEM is that my car was returned with
- with 91 kms driven
- an empty tank (I arrived at 00:00h and needed to drive 110km, lukcly I noticed in time and found a gas station that was open)
- the driver and passenger seats were adjusted
- the smell of smoke
- washed (but I did not order it so why did they wash it)?
Both Parkive and the supplier have been uncommunicative until recently, when I said I would escalate the complaint. We are in negotiations. More to come.

This parking service is completely unreliable and unsafe
This parking service is completely unreliable and unsafe. They sell more spaces than they actually have, and the parking spots are so tiny that passengers can’t even get out of the car. Cars are squeezed together with almost no space, blocking each other, and staff ask for keys so they can move cars later. I’ve been driving for 25 years and have never seen such dangerously tight parking.No one answered the phone when I called for the shuttle, the first location didn’t even exist, and we were redirected to another one that was already overflowing. The shuttle driver was speeding and driving off-road. On return, they promised pickup in “1 minute” but didn’t show up for an hour and ignored calls. My car was scratched along the entire side and no staff were present.
Avoid this place completely.

However, we understand your concerns regarding the way the service was handled, especially the delays, communication issues and the reported damage to your vehicle.

Damage during valet parking – claim denied and accused of fraud
Booked valet parking at Düsseldorf Airport through ParkMundo (June 2026). Upon collecting our vehicle, we discovered a crack in the windscreen that was not present at handover. Despite an external vehicle inspection being explicitly promised in the booking confirmation, no inspection report exists. ParkMundo refuses to mediate, despite displaying the Webshop Keurmerk and EMOTA quality marks on their website, which promise independent dispute resolution. Additionally, the parking operator repeatedly and without any basis accused us of fraud. Formal complaint submitted with Webshop Keurmerk.

De parkeeraanbieder is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de parkeerservice en alle bijbehorende aansprakelijkheid. Desondanks proberen we altijd zo objectief mogelijk te blijven en met beide partijen te communiceren om duidelijkheid te verkrijgen.
Het spijt ons dat we in dit geval niet aan uw verwachtingen hebben kunnen voldoen en we waarderen het dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw feedback te delen. Dit helpt ons om de kwaliteit van de parkeeraanbieders op ons platform te blijven bewaken.

Achtung Falle!!!!Schlechter Service!!!!
Achtung Falle! Wir wurden getäuscht. Auf dem Hinweg waren alle Shuttelbusse defekt. Auf dem Rückweg waren alle Mitarbeiter krank, sodass wir nochmal 50€ für ein Taxi ausgeben mussten. Zeitweise dachten wir unser Auto wurde geklaut. Letztendlich mussten wir das Auto von einem Parkplatz abholen der nicht besprochen war. SEHR SEHR schlechter Service!!!!!!
Beware of this trap! We were ripped off. On the way there, all the shuttle buses were out of service. On the way back, all the staff were sick, so we had to spend another €50 on a taxi. At one point, we thought our car had been stolen. In the end, we had to pick up the car from a parking lot that hadn't been agreed upon. VERY, VERY bad service!!!!!!
