Ordered a TV Stand with a built in…

Ordered a TV Stand with a built in Fireplace online. The item was marked as in stock, but just after purchasing I received an email saying the fireplace insert was out of stock. I asked them to send them both together when this part was in stock, they advised it would take between 2 and 3 weeks. 4 weeks have gone by and only half the item has turned up. I am still waiting for the TV stand and am unlikely to get this before Christmas, despite ordering well over a month beforehand. Support respond in a reasonable timeframe, but may as well be parrots the way they fire stock responses back at you. Poor service across the board and no contact number for their UK store. Avoid!

I love my fan but it only worked for 4 days

I love my fan but it only worked for 4 days. It is impossible to get hold of the company. I have been passed around then I finally get a call and and theeen
an email when I was out of the country and am back to square one. They state the fan is under a 1 yr warranty but that does not matter if you cannot get hold of any to rectify. I would not buy a ParrotUncle fan again. Will just throw away and purchase a different model and maker.

THAT YOU CANNOT BUY IN THE UK AS PARROTUNCLE.COM HAVE TOLD ME.
SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AVOID THEIR PRODUCTS I HAVE 2 THAT DO NOT WORK AT ALL (LIGHT OR FAN) ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

Eh...

I love my ceiling fan, but I am upset with this company. I installed a new fan/light set in November 2023 and October 2024 I'm already having issued and having to replace the receiver/remote. A light went out and it messed up the whole set, I can't turn the lights off with the remote anymore, but I can still turn the fan off by remote. I've contacted the seller through Amazon and they can't do anything. I contacted support throught Parrot Uncles website twice and they told me to send an email to a specific person twice and so I did, TWICE, and I haven't heard back from this person and have received ZERO help. I like the look of Parrot Uncles fans, but the headache isn't worth it.

Item Not Really New.

They sent me an item that had been used/owned by someone else. There were clear signs that the pieces in the box had already been opened and handled. The remote came without a battery so we couldn't even test it once we got the fan light assembled. No doubt the prior owner had removed the battery from the remote and forgot to replace it when they returned the fan light.

This company seems to have a very strict return policy so how they could repackage someone's return and call it 'new' is certainly a contradiction.
