Purchases a ceiling fan. There web site is good shipping good customer support none existent called on Apr 3 informed them ceiling fan not working. Rep told me I should hear by Tuesday just to have the same rep call me back to say she lost the information and can we go over it again. Got email response from first review tell me sorry for the in problems some will get back to me. Still have yet to hear from anyone tried calling just to get answering machine. I have a fan just hanging from the ceiling fan don’t buy from this company.

The installation was straightforward. The look of the fan itself is beautiful and exactly what I expected. I haven’t been able to try it out yet because our new unit doesn’t have electricity yet but everything else is a five star rating.

Two problems. First, I ordered a downtube and received a downtube extension. Second, the fan stopped working days after installation and calls to support result in a recording to use the support email. It has been over 24 hours since I sent the requested email and no response hsd been received,

Absolutely horrible company and product. My ceiling fan lasted less than 2 years and the receiver in the fan broke so I ordered a new one directly from them online. The confirmation email said the order would ship and arrive within 7 days. We are at day 14 and my order still hasnt even shipped. Called and the number listed is disconnected and sent 2 emails and no response received for over a week now.

I attempted to make a purchase but had several questions and wanted to use my 20% discount. I connected with the AI Assistant and was advised a human would help me soon. Soon turned into never. I went ahead and placed my order without my discount and reached out to advise of my dissatisfaction. I was contacted and given the excuse that PU is a foreign based company and is on a different time zone. Which in my opinion is not a valid excuse for a company involved in global e-commerce. Sadly not compensating was offered. This has left me a bit uneasy about ordering additional items.

We purchased 2 fans from this company a few months ago for our new home and received them fairly quickly. My issue is that one of the rooms in our new home has a 13.5" ceiling. This means that we needed a 36" down rod and wiring extension. They only sell a down rod ($59.90, but $29.00 at local Big Box store) and I talked with whoever is on their "chat" box. I was told that they do not carry any extensions for their own products! I will now have to either buy a fan locally or figure out how to extend the wires without screwing up the remote control box that mounts up on the fan itself...

No communication at all. Within minutes of placing my order I saw a better option for a fan from you. Multiple calls and left messages of which none have been answered to date. I hope my fan is without problems because I'd never get ahold of you to correct it.
