I have made a number of purchases/
exchanges with Park Cameras, especially
over the last eight years, & always have been very pleased with the quality of
equipment supplied & service provided.

One of three or four major photo dealers in the UK that I always turn to first for any purchases. Many thanks to Park Cameras.

Putting kit up for offer was easy & I got a really good offer from the Parks team the same day. I accepted the offer & they walked me through the process & arranged courier. They let me know as soon as they received the kit & within a couple of hours they had checked it out and confirmed the offer. I accepted & the money was in my bank later that same day. Excellent!!

I contacted Park Cameras about selling some used camera equipment and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They gave a very fair price for the equipment and made the whole process incredibly easy and smooth. I would definitely use them again and would recommend.

This is my third lens that i have traded in with Park Cameras this year. They always offer a fantastic price compare to many other companies.

The services is fast and straight forward from quoting to receiving the item and sending out the payment.

Slight negative is that they stopped collection to Northern Ireland which I had to ship the item myself and made sure that the postage covered the cost of the item I'm sending which was a little costly.

The user account on the website needs improved as most times when I log in, I can't see any trade in items that have already been quoted so it wasn't easy to keep track of the status.

A quick email is usually enough to get an update but hopefully see these issues fixed in future.

I decided to sell my camera as it simply wasn’t getting the use it deserved. Before committing, I checked at least seven or eight different companies and obtained quotes from each. Park Cameras offered the best price by a clear margin.

I had a couple of questions before sending the camera, and when I called they answered within a few rings and were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They arranged a tracked collection, and just two days after receiving the camera they completed their assessment and paid the money into my account by BACS.

The whole process was quick, straightforward and completely hassle-free. Best price, excellent communication and incredibly fast payment. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I was looking for a second used Nikon body D750, Park clearly explained that the lowest priced body had been fully tested, but the price reflected the condition of its body. In discussions with them it was clear as a engineer I would be able to reappear it , which I did successfully. It was a good paperchase deal. Alan Oxfordshire.
