Our salesman Luke was so helpful
Our salesman Luke was so helpful. He explained everything, answered questions and discussed options. He even gave me time to talk over everything with my husband who the oxygen is for. We purchased the Inogen 6 . Delivered timely. The unit is easy to use and we love how portable it is. I am so glad it will be easier for my husband to leave the house . Thank you from us both!

I was needing to purchase an Inogen…
I was needing to purchase an Inogen unit for my sister in law. I had zero knowledge about them, just what I read on line. I called and a salesman Luke Corrick answered and he was amazing. He answered every dumb question I had and made me feel like I actually knew a little bit about what I was doing. I ordered an Inogen Rover 6 and things worked out great. Luke also gave me his cell number if we have any problems. Really helpful young man.

Professional and Knowledgeable Staff
First of all was the initial call to Customer Service. Veronica handled my concerns and quickly resolved my issue. She was very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly as well. I have always had excellent service from everyone who has helped me with my oxygen needs. The transactions have each been handled very professionally and quickly. I've been a customer a long time, and I plan on continuing to be a loyal customer for as long as I need oxygen concentrators.

Excellent service. Had a minor issue with the unit (likely caused during shipping), but they replaced that unit quickly and made it easy for me to return the bad one.
The staff I worked with were excellent!
