I purchased the same oxygen concentrator package my neighbor bought, and even though it wasn’t on sale, Aaron gave me a great deal. The delivery was very fast, and the customer service was excellent. They don't fully support their products
The part I received was not the same as the one that came with the concentrator I had purchased from them and it was unclear how the item should be installed. I asked them about the differences and how they should be adapted to my machine but they did not know. If they really want people to believe their commissioned salesmen are "Oxygen Specialists" they need to do much better.
