The product was good but packing was woeful.
Considering how much we paid for a personalised product, the packaging was not sufficient. The product barely fit in the too small envelope that didn't have enough padding to protect the wooden handle. When it arrived the product was peeking out of the top but fortunately there was no damage.

Hi Joanna, thanks so much for your feedback. I'm glad to hear you were happy with the item, but I'm sorry the packaging wasn't sufficient this time.
I’ve sent thousands of these items safely in the same packaging without issue, but I completely understand your concern given that it fell short this time. I try to keep packaging minimal so more of the cost goes into the product itself. The brass stamp/iron is always packed very securely, which is the most valuable part and the part susceptible to damage during transit.
It's worth noting if there's ever damage during delivery I will always make it right and replace any affected parts.

Heater for Wood Branding Iron
Easy to order and a reasonable price. Order came in good time and was well packaged.

Well made branding iron
Well made branding iron. Easy to put together with the supplied heating element. Took me a while to get good results as it was too hot so pulled it out from the heating iron about 25mm. Works well and heats quickly.
