Terrible experience.
Terrible experience.
I was first offered multiple «solutions» like keeping the item with a discount code, but eventually agreed on a return with a full refund. I sent the item back with tracking as instructed.
Since then, months have passed and I still haven’t received my refund. Communication is extremely slow or non-existent, and I keep getting vague excuses (e.g. the parcel being stuck in Chinese customs) without any proof.
At this point, it feels like they are just trying to delay the process and avoid refunding.
Would not recommend.
