The OtterBox case that I bought from my iPhone 17 Pro, Max was great, but the holster clip does not hold the phone good. I feel like OtterBox could do much much better with the holster clip. I don’t trust that loose clip holding a very expensive smart phone as the phone will fall out and hit the ground very easily.

I bought the Otterbox case for my new Galaxy S26. I followed the link for a free holster. When it arrived, it was too big-- not the correct size for my phone/case. I'm totally questioning the competency of the company at this point. If they couldn't get the correct part to me, what else will turn up as a failure for trusting this brand?

Love my new case
Love my new case! It’s light weight, while also seeming to be pretty protective. I haven’t yet dropped it but it feels like it would be able to take a drop (or a couple). I also love the feature of having a built in hole to have a wristlet attached.
