Easy order. Good price. Was able to get belt clip without having to purchase complete case

“Free 2 day shipping on orders over Xx$” spent double that and still waited 5 days to get the cases for my accident prone wife and teenage sons brand new phones….luckily they didn’t break them while we waited. Phone cases are MEh quality at best anymore. OtterBox used to be top of the line, now just another case in a sea of cases that are equal or better quality for less money. No more otterbox purchases here unfortunately.

Delivery time was exceeding long. The product I ordered a case for pixel 9 and you sent me a case for some other phone and not what I ordered. I have no idea how to return it and get the correct case.

I've been buying OtterBox phone cases for over ten years and have been very happy with build and protection. For my most recent purchase the customer service came through for me when my case got lost in the mail and the representative sent me a new case right away.

Pretty easy to pick and order. The only hesitation was if the iPhone 13 models, maybe Pro and ProMax or some such, were all for the same sized iPhone13. I just took a guess. Hope it fits.

This camera skin is t even close to fitting. To long on the left side to short on the right side a and the holes on the right side don’t match up

I've owned a cell phone since day 1 and once I heard of otter box defender, expensive as it I'd, it still keeps my phone in mint condition and always have been and always will be a customer!

when i put in what phone i had & it gave me the belt clip for a different phone so i cant use them!

I only wish the camera lenses were covered

I was offered a “free” OtterBox stand with a code inside the case I ordered .
I redeemed it but it charms AMEX for it without allowing me to enter code.
I’m disappointed and have EF even opened it.

The belt clip that was supposed to match my new phone arrived and was way to big. Totally unuseable.....
Disappointed is a minor statement. Never buy otterbox again and I have had 4 over the years.

You advertised two day shipping. Ordered Tuesday night and did not receive until Saturday - not two day shipping. Items received too late as these were gifts. Had to purchase at Best Buy and run all over town. Have tried to call a half dozen times - no answer always on hold and the call-back feature that you state does not work. Great product but your customer service is worthless.

It would have been 5 stars if the picture taking process would have been easier. The first picture wasn’t even available to take to I had to put in the picture of the broken piece in the second picture
