Not 2 day shipping as listed on your website. I needed this for a new phone before going on a trip and it arrived too late. Also it doesn't fit my Samsung 26 Ultra perfectly like the last 5-6 phone cases I have purchased from you in the past have.

The "FREE" holster for the Mail in Otterbox for Samsung S26 Ultra was not the right one. But I bet you made a dale by just selling the phone protectrion without the holdter.

Great case for my Samsung 25. Very sturdy and has a good feel to it. Recommend

Nothing needs to be done five stars across the board.

The case literally slips around as I’m trying to use my phone.. this does not feel like a protective case at all. Also, because of the material, I can no longer stick an adhesive on the back (for storing credit cards or anything)

I just got a new otter box for my new 17e. I’ve had an otter box for my old iPhone-a 10xr which was maybe 7+ years old. I can’t tell you how many times I have dropped my old phone and NEVER had the screen crack. The old otter case is falling apart but the phone is still intact.
That’s why I got another otter box—they are fantastic!!

First off I buy a case with the advertised promo of free case. Cool. Scan QR code and go to order but one problem it wants to charge me 31 cents. No big deal right, wrong. It won’t let you charge your card unless it’s 50 cents. So I have to buy something else. So I do, a wireless charge. Works great and I got my 31 cents belt clip. When I received the belt clip it was for a max and not a pro normal size. VERY frustrating being I didn’t need a wireless charger and they shipped the wrong item. Miss the old CS. Either way companies grow and owners become greedy and quality starts to suffer. Good luck if you’re in the same situation.
