I named a star for my son's first birthday. The present is fully personalized and features beautiful gold foil on every document. I had the certificate framed and hung it up in my son's room. The customer service was incredibly prompt and friendly. I can't wait to give this gift to our next child!

Despite a little complications with delivery, the super star gift arrived and it's really amazing! It was worth the wait.

The order process is quick and easy and the gold accents on the gifts very pretty. I love the star shaped crystals which I've also ordered, I can't wait to present them to the recipient!

I wanted to buy a star for a 50th birthday. Delivery time was a little bit overdue, which is normal. I just do not understand why people complain so much. I still received my star in time!

My experience with them was amazing. My product was not getting delivered I think due to some shipping problem. The customer service quickly responded to me and they shipped item for free 3 times. Finally I received the star certificate. I will definitely buy again and recommend them to others

They will definitely scam you. I ordered it back in June still haven’t received anything. Whilst emailing with them having one email saying my gift is on the way and after two weeks being able to cancel my order right away?

I was already 100% satisfied of the purchase I made. I received the paper certificate together with other papers in a very elegant folder, exactly within the time span indicated.
But it's when I needed to contact the customer care that this company literally started shining like a star. They have been super responsive, super gentle and they provided me a service well beyond my expectations. I cannot recommend enough OSR

I bought a box of the most expensive kit from your company. More than $100 . To honor my son who passed away. I received the order late. But the worst is the quality delivered. The box all crumpled and torn without any care to pack the products inside are cardboard and everything crumpled and torn. A crap service. The map that was supposed to be framed came crumpled. You do a rubbish job! They play with people's emotions and with that they make money but with a terrible quality of service. I do not indicate. I don't buy and do and I will make a point of taking down your sales. Because paying for something expensive and receiving this work that even a child would do better. TERRIBLE , horrable company.

Osr is telling truth to what they give you and what you recieve, despite negative reviews people who want to give a gift as novelty and put their occasions and memories linked to a real star know exactly what they get. And they get it in the best quality and support! Just you need to know you are not buying a real star but you are linking your memories to a star coordinate as a symbolic meaning which worths a lot.

I have very bad experience with OSR service, I had ordered the product on 7th of Feb and till now i am waiting for the gift to be delivered, As per policy gift should take near about 10 to 15 days max to deliver. Now i think this OSR is fake. I will Recommend do not buy any product from OSR and there are plenty more Genuine options you will get for online star registration.

I ordered the gift package, meaning I got everything via Email but also in the mail. The email arrived instantly. Super high quality stuff, too. Since I ordered during new years and holidays, it took a bit longer than 2-3 days for my package to arrive, but 4-5 days isn't a long wait, and if you order on a Monday, I'm sure you'll get it before Thursday the same week.

Everything was perfect. Great, meaningful gift for my girlfriend, will buy from here again for sure!

Its been now around 2 months and i did not receive the package , they told it will be delieverd in 10-15 days , they did not even provide tracking code for the same , they offer free delivery buts its a scam , they charge $20 more and told you delivery will be free , but there is no point of paying more if i did not receive , PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE

I ordered a gift pack, it arrived late, and completely bent. I reached out and asked for a replacement to be overnighted. Their ultimate solution was that I pay $50 to have another package overnighted (but with two day delivery), OR that they downgrade my package and give me $20 bucks back for ruining a Christmas gift, OR they revoke the registration completely and delete the star information and refund me. No--"OMG we're so sorry, we can't send you the package in time, but we'll refund your money and keep your registration open because you've purchased 6 stars over the years and we screwed up".Nope, they are GRINCHES and want to keep my money, have me pay more, or take the star away because of THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. They lost a long-term customer. I suggest if you want to do business with a company who actually cares about quality products and customers--you go elsewhere--there are TONS of 'star registries' online.

I placed an order on 12/27/16, the money was taken from my account on 12/29/16 & have not received the product to date. I have emailed, I have called to the Netherlands no less (which I received a recording with no option to speak to someone). I believe this is a SCAM!!!!! Do not use this company.
