I fell asleep while making an order. Paid with PayPal and left out my email for certificate. 2 days later I'm panicking when. I hadn't re received email certificate or tracking info. Loved ones bday 1 day away...I reached at to customer support @3am local time and BEFORE 10am local time they were able to not only find my order from limited info I provided but sent me tracking informations and emailed BEAUTIFUL color certificate to present to my family in remembrance of our son. Thank you all kindly and I WILL RECOMMEND Star naming to friends and family. ❤️

My father recently passed away and - as he was a keen star gazer - having a star named for him in tribute was a fitting way to always have him watching over the family. The delivery was prompt and the service exceptional

After contacting support, my package was replaced and delivered within a few short days. Having a star named after me was a special present from my grandpa on the day the Artemis moon mission returned safely home. So having the package replace so quickly was especially important to me. I purchased this star in honour of my husband who died recently. No burial site. Now his family and future families can see him in the night sky. He loved sitting outside at night looking at the stars. Now he has one named for him💕

Arrived promptly giving as a gift later this month so not opened yet

The experience was smooth and the product is nicely made but serious overpriced.
The $25 frame for the certificate is greatly overpriced based on comparison prices at Target, Walmart and even from a frame shop. And the certificate seems to have some kind of shadow looking like a smudge.

The person I gave it to, loves the planets. He was especially excited about the app where you can see your star.
