SCAM!! Charged me $49.99 for an app I never even used!!

AVOID - SCAM

This is a scam company operating as Orange Sunshine LLC. They will take your payment details under the guise of you making a 10p one off payment, they have several apps and services that act as a gateway. I used SmartIQ (yes the irony isn’t lost on me).
This is a scam and will result in them setting up a £49.99 monthly subscription charge with the first payment coming out immediately. This payment is totally unauthorised and acquired through deceptive methods. I’m waiting to see if I can get my money back through a PayPal dispute resolution but I’m not holding my breath.
This is theft pure and simple.

I was caught out like every other mention of this company.
Looking to trail an image AI App. and agreed to the 10p charge. didn't think or see anything mentioning an additional £49.90 for the day after.
The charge went through my 2nd account and has caused additional charges to me.
AVOID this company and their AI App "CineAI" as it's a complete rip-off

I was fraudulently scammed of $69.90 and reported to PayPal. PayPal found in their favour!! I don’t know why. They said I could use the app for 1 month until cost is used up but I can’t even get onto an app. Very disappointed in PayPal.

Absolute fraud and scam. Have skimmed my Paypal account of £49.90 by stting up an automatic transfer without my permission and without any prior warning. They need to be closed down

Hidden costs - signed up to a 10p video and was charged £49. Complained, and was offered half my money back which I accepted for fear of not receiving any. Avoid this company.

I was also scammed for 49,90 euro. Never was it clear that is had to pay that amount, online 10 cent. I filed a complaint

I used what was advertised as a 0.10 € one-time service. 24 hours later I was charged 49.90 € without any clear warning that I was signing up for a recurring subscription. This is a deceptive and unethical practice.

The subscription is hidden in the fine print, and many customers are reporting the exact same experience. This is not transparent business — it feels intentionally misleading.

I have disputed the charge with PayPal and my bank.

Avoid Orange Sunshine at all costs. Do not enter your payment details unless you want to risk unauthorized recurring charges.

Same thing here as other reviews. They offered to try their service for 0,1 EUR which was really poor.
Later on they withdraw 49.9 EUR for a subscription that I haven't authorize.

Scam, a 0,10€ Service will transform to a 49,90€ subscription

Do NOT use these criminals. This is a SCAM! I tried to check the origin of a phone call and Orange Sunshine gave me only the STD code, not the number owner. I paid the 10p charge by PayPal and 24 hrs later was charged £49.90 as a recurring charge. I contacted PayPal and cancelled further charges and am trying to get a refund from PayPal for my £49.90. These people are bottom feeders earning large amounts of money fraudulently.

Disgusting scammers! Had to spend my whole morning dealing with a fraudulent £49 bank request from this orange sunshine LLC fraudulent company after I simply used a one off 10 pence service for a simple 1 second photo fix! I had to deal with PayPal and my bank to try to resolve this. Apparently on using this service you UNKNOWINGLY sign up for a hidden ongoing subscription fee! BEWARE of this company!

Tried service for £0.10, sevice was poor. following day they attempted to charge me and take £49.90 from my bank account. I took no subscription out and have had to contact my bank and stop any further payments being attempted. Dodgy company

Been scammed and reported to police - shocking that they can access PayPal and take a further £49.90 after an agreement to pay just 10 pence! STAY AWAY

Scammers, stay away from their sites!

I purchased a modification for €0.10, and the very next day these thieves automatically charged me another €49.90. This is a total scam site; they are absolute crooks who belong in jail. Stay away from their websites and do not pay them a single cent!
