Excellent customer service
As it turns out my initial order was not the smoothest; the original glasses were damaged upon arrival. That said the service I received in resolving the issue was excellent; this company stands behind its products and does the right thing by its customers. I now have the glasses I ordered and they are excellent. Despite the initial bumpy ride I think the company and the glasses deserve five stars.

Excellent Customer Services, beyond expectations
I've just received my second pair of varifocal sports sunglasses from Optilabs and they are excellent, just like the first!
Their customer services are second to none. I needed them urgently for a fishing trip and they pulled out the stops to get them to me early, even calling with a query over the weekend.
I received their home trial pack within 48 hours so that I could check the frames, they even provide postal stamps fo their return.
I'll be back for more!

You can't order two different prescriptions
Ordered two pairs of glasses with two different prescriptions but they made them both to the same prescription. I phoned and they are sending the correct replacement but I have yet to receive this. I would have expected it to be processed more swiftly.
Apparently the online ordering system can't cope with two different prescriptions but it doesn't say this anywhere and nobody thought to query with me why one lens would need to be made thinner due to a stronger prescription.

I’m so sorry for any mix-up with your recent order. Our system lets you only order multiple pairs for the same prescription, which is because we keep your prescription information on file for possible replacements or extra pairs. So, having more than one prescription on the order/ file might cause some confusion, as it did here.
Your glasses should be on their way in the next few days without charge. It did take a bit longer to get those extra-thin lenses made.

This is my third or fourth pair of cycling specs that I have ordered over the years ( they are in use at least 100 times every year). Style, quality, service and cost all good. Once a nose pad got damaged and another was sent free of charge.
