Terrible
Terrible. Currently in a dispute with this company that has gone to the Financial Ombudsman.
Bought a car which broke down after 8 weeks. 7 months later still no car returned. Communication is next to none. Car returned to garage for repair in early June. So took 6 months to get to that stage. Since then it’s been radio silence.

Financial Ombudsman Investigation Ongoing
The vehicle i purchased came with a fault. This fault then went on to re-occur multiple times incurring significant costs and stress. The vehicle has been subject to many main dealer diagnosis, specialist diagnosis and now an independent engineer report which has confirmed the vehicle was sold with a fault and all subsequent issues are linked. I have rejected the vehicle under the consumer rights act and raised an investigation with the financial ombudsman service as to date, my rejection of the vehicle has not been accepted. Unfortunately communications have been utterly disjointed and with very little understanding of the impact that this has had on my family. We have had to get a new car and this one is simply parked on the drive, unusable, whilst i am missing payments. Very disapointed.
