Absolutely faultless , from application to collecting the car took less then 24 hours , a short online application, a 20 minute phone call signed the documents online and all ready to go , would highly recommended

We needed a vehicle for a major life event and were running out of time. But in less than 24 hours we found a vehicle and finance was put in place. Between the finance and the dealership we were able to get everything done and vehicle collected.

Great customer service, helpful and quick process

Experience was pretty straightforward to the point.

Quick to get organised but too many extra calls wanting to add insurance for this and that trying to be my friend to sell me something I don't appreciate

Oodle car finance should get 0 stars
Got finance 2 years ago and in the past 2 weeks I’ve received 2 calls asking if I had sold the car as a third party called for clearance of finance.
I replied both times as much as I didn’t like the car I had no interest in selling vehicle.
Turns out Oodle don’t know the difference from reg px68 and pk68.
I have never missed a payment and anymore calls and they will be told mate come and pick the car up

Extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Oodle.

After returning my vehicle, I was owed money back and was repeatedly promised that it would be paid. Two weeks later, I am still waiting. Oodle also took an additional payment after telling me that no further payment would be collected. This left me without enough money to pay for my replacement vehicle.

I spoke to an adviser named Peter, who I found patronising and unhelpful. He admitted there was no explanation for why the payment had not arrived as promised, said there was no way to find out what had happened, and told me I had to wait another 48 hours. In reality, this is likely to mean another week of waiting.

When I asked to escalate my complaint or speak to somebody else, I was told no, despite already having an open complaint about the service I have received. I have also tried calling again and my calls are now not being answered, which is incredibly frustrating.

The biggest issue has been the complete lack of ownership, communication and urgency. I should not have to repeatedly chase money that is already owed to me.

This experience could have been improved by assigning one person to take responsibility, providing honest updates, urgently investigating the missed payment, and arranging the refund without further delay.

At the moment, I would not recommend Oodle based on how this complaint has been handled.
