I sold my tickets through this company for a Coldplay concert in the 2/06/23. 74 days later I am still waiting for my money!! No response to emails or phone calls. Thieves.

SCAM Do not use this company. I paid for tickets in December and have not received them. My bank verified the payment saying it was legitimate. It is not. The phone number doesn’t connect and the emails are unanswered. It’s a scam

It's a completely scam, you pay your tickets but they do not send them to you, and never respond to your claims. Everybody avoid this scammers and denouncy to authorities, they are criminals!

This company is a scam. U pay for any tickets ...u can kiss your money good bye !!! Dont ! PLEASE DONT EVER TOUCH THEM! My son bought 3 tickets for the arsenal manchester united game 22nd Jan 2022. The tickets did not arrive. They dont respond to phone, live chat or email. They are big time CHEATS!!! Reference order number 545356.

Worst ever. Ordered and paied for longside tickets (170£) - but recived tickets in away zone (value 30£). After the match they ignored every contact.

Bought 4 tickets in Jan 2020 for man utd game that eventually was played behind closed doors. 30 months on & i'm still asking & waiting for a refund of €395.DO NOT EVER,I MEAN EVER BUY FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS! Scum like onlineticketexpress.com need to be shut down & now!

This company is a scam. I bought tickets to the French Open, but Covid hit and the event was postponed and then eventually canceled. I got money back from the airline and airbnb, but this company would only give credit. So I bought tickets to the 2022 French Open with my credit but they never delivered the tickets, and they never responded to any of my emails. Total scam!

THEY SCAM KIDS!!! They don’t have morals or ethics, NOTHING!!! The only moral is the money. I purchased 3 tickets to Chelsea vs Watford it was my son’s 12th birthday and for his birthday he wanted the family to take him to this match. I am not rich, i am a nurse, but i saved for months to give him this present. £633 I paid for the 3 tickets. I talked to them and they said not to worry, my tickets are 💯 guaranteed and wished my son’s Happy Birthday ( as I said no morals). Thursday i am sending email to ask about the tickets. I get reply from email with onlineticketsexpress but inside the email there were the logo and details of Seatsnet.com . They replied to say they don’t have tickets in the area I purchased amd that they offer me in Away section or refund. I declined the tickets as I won’t take a 12 years old boy who can’t control his emotions and a diehard Chelsea fan , to go in the other section. I asked for refund and from that day, no communication was possible. I tried via email, via phone, via instant chat. Nothing. These people new the tickets are for a child and couldn’t give a sh*it. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

I purchased 2 tickets for the match Milan Atalanta for aproximately 200euro. Never received any tickets and never responded to my emails or phone calls. I had been waiting for over 2 weeks. I tried calling several times, i got no response and instead £20 bill.

Dont waste your time with these scammers.

Used this site for Spurs v Newcastle tickets. After booking I reviewed the site and was shocked by the negative comments. All I can say is that my tickets turned up exactly as they said. Tickets worked and the seats were fantastic. Maybe I was lucky as it appears there are alot of unhappy clients.

Is fraud, be awared, they will never deliver you the tickets

Booked a ticket 1 month ago for Liverpool - Inter. There were no answers to my calls and emails, chat were barely available so I started to look after it and saw a lot of "scam" and "fraud" comments, that was the point when I started to panic because everything else was booked (plane, accommodation).
But one night before the game I received a phone call that is it ok for me if they could only provide tickets to the main stand instead of the Kop stand. I confirmed it and in a little while I received my mobile tickets via whatsapp.

Maybe it seems fraud, customer communication could be better, but everything went fine regarding the tickets at last for me, I just had to be patient.

Bought 2 x tickets October 2021 - was over charged and kick off time was incorrect. Tried to contact them via email/ phone several time with no response. We did not received a refund or tickets to watch the football match!

Credit card company refuses to refund the money as they are “non- refundable”

This company is a fraud don't use it. They have just conned us out of 5 Liverpool tickets. They don't answer their phones or reply to emails. Stay well clear of them.

I live in the Middle East and purchased tickets for Spurs v Leeds in the Leeds end. I paid GBP 440 for the tickets.

Having arrived in the UK on the Thursday (game was Sunday) I was ringing and ringing (and concurrently emailing) eventually to getting through to someone on the Friday (after many calls and hours on hold). They assured me all was ok and the e-tickets would arrive Saturday. Then on Saturday afternoon I get an email saying my transaction had been flagged as fraud and to provide further verification (even though they had taken my money for the tickets in September with no problems). Following verification, I was told the tickets were not available in the Leeds end and that I had been upgraded with tickets in the Spurs end (as a Leeds supporter)! I politely declined and requested a refund.

Then at 4.28pm on the game day (2 mins before kick off), bearing in mind we are not even at the stadium and had 'agreed' a refund, we were issued 2 tickets to the Spurs end. Then to also be told that they had provided us with tickets and were not due a refund.

Furthermore, I then got a GBP 150 phone bill for aimlessly calling the call centre in Spain and being on hold forever.

I have followed up with many emails and complaints and radio silence.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE - NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU.

Give it all the talk , but totally let you down for Football tickets but more than happy to keep your money with no chance of a REFUND!!!!!!!
