Cheating, only cheating!
I paid money for tickets and I didn’t get any tickets. Staff don’t reply to email, don’t pick up phone.

This is a fraudulent company. Paid $2000 for El Clasico tickets that we flew across the world to watch. Tickets never arrived. The positive online reviews are all created by the company and people never have good experiences. The phone number puts you on hold for hours and never picks up. Don’t use this company!!!!!

Just don't buy here. Seriously. They will steal your money, and if they give you the tickets, it will be an illegal transaction and literally you'll have to hide from police when receiving the tickets.

Very disappointing experience. Booked tickets 2 months in advance, paid in full and continued to follow up on delivery, always to get an email confirming tickets are on their way.

We travelled to Madrid for the game, and uptil the night before departure, Onlineticketexpress sent emails confirming that tickets will be emailed on the morning of the game.

We landed in Madrid to discover an email sent hours before the game notifying us that our tickets will not be delivered and that we will get our money back after 30 working days....

This is what fraudulent businesses do....especially when you try and call their hotline and you get put on hold for long periods with no reply.

This is a SCAM business...stay away

Ordered tickets for the game , should have been e-ticket and they chane it to hard copy without a notice.

If there was a minus star I would have used it! Please do not use this site. We spent money to travel from the UK to Europe, inc accommodation and on the day the tickets due to be delivered they told us that the order was cancelled!!!! They had held on to my money 4 MONTHS and for no tickets!!!! Shame on you I hope you enjoyed the interest in my money!!!!!!!

Purchased tickets for football match in October 2019 for a match in a Germany 9th Feb, Flew from Scotland today and found out less than 48 hours before the match they did not have the tickets Due to supply. They have had my money since October. Gutted, as this was a Christmas present.

Simply a fraud. Stay away.

Couldn't attend the football game since the date was changed a few weeks after the reservation date and our flight arrival time was a few hours after the game. Received a refund of 60% of the total ticket price which in my opinion is too low considering the fact that this is a change in the contract conditions by the seller or in this case, the representative of the football league / football club selling the tickets. They might be reliable, but sadly, I would not recommend this site because of my bad experience.

If, like I did, you bought tickets from onlineticketexpress and afterwards saw all of the negative reviews and are now panicking, it may still turn out ok as it did for me.

I paid €352 for 2 cat1 premium seats for Real Madrid vs Sevilla several months in advance, received an email a few weeks before the game to say electronic tickets will be sent after 8pm the day before the game, then received another email the day before the game to say tickets will be emailed after 8pm and no later than 1pm the day of the game (ko was at 4), still no tickets at 1pm so I called them directly and was then told I would collect physical tickets from a representative at a bar near the stadium, I received a text to ask what time I would arrive. Eventually, I met the representative (along with another panicked looking couple) and received the tickets, wooohooo! Great seats as purchased.

The whole experience was very stressful (mostly due to the previous reviews I read which I suppose isn't fair to equate to my own transaction). Quite unprofessional in changing the ticket type and leaving me to call, less than 3 hours before the game to chase up where the joder my tickets are. But after all I got exactly what I wanted, along with a few months of dread, feeling I may have been scammed. If you have already paid, hopefully this can be encouraging, it seems like a lot of the bad reviews were for the champions league final or similar. If you haven't already bought tickets, maybe save yourself the stress and buy from stubhub

Extremely bad experience with onlineticketexpress. We bought ticket for a futball match in madrid receiving an e-mail with the date of the match. Between the day of puchase and the date expected for the match we received several mail from onlineticketexpress indicating alternative and misleading dates. Finally the date of the match was anticipated and we did not receive any communication from the website and we missed the match and the money. The tickets received just a few hours in advance were not reporting any date and time. We called the service and received no assistance at all. I think everything is well orchestrated to’ screw the customers.

Another inept and deceitful ticket scam site? Astonishing to now see 47% of Trustpilot reviews giving the lowest possible score (and would go lower if they could!) - and so many appalling stories of people being cheated and kids heartbroken to miss a promised big game - yet Trustpilot shows FOUR STARS **** and 'GREAT'!! Trustpilot is making itself look about as reliable as the ticket scalpers.

Don´t buy any tickets from this company. They sell one ticket to several people any only the first one get´s in.
Do not trust them and lose your money!!!
