As a first-time buyer, the mortgage process felt long and challenging, with plenty of hurdles involving the seller, estate agents and solicitors. Throughout it all, Graham and his team including Jenna, were exceptional. Genuinely like a breath of fresh air in this sometimes, very stressful process.

From start to finish, they went above and beyond to support, guide and reassure me every step of the way. They were always professional, responsive and willing to take the time to explain everything clearly, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. No question was ever too much trouble, and I always felt I was in safe hands.

As first time buyers, we entered the process of getting a mortgage with great trepidation . Ishwar Mair has been excellent; friendly, helpful, and clearly knows the industry very well.

As a self-employed person, it was clear that many lenders would not understand my income, so Ishwar used a lender that specialises in mortgages for self-employed persons. We quickly received a decision in principle, and he helped us renew it successfully twice, when house hunting took a while.

Ishwar is great at his job, but also has a network of people he knows in other fields, such as insurance and property surveys, who have been similarly honest and helpful. So you don't just get Ishwar, you also get a series of professionals who know what they are doing and are firmly on your side.

Jenna Boal was also extremely helpful, being very easy to contact and extremely good at her job. All in all, we could not have asked for a better team.

We now have an approved mortgage application, and are awaiting exchange. Ishwar and Jenna really came through for us. Would very much recommend to anyone.

I was advised in January by a different company that I could only get a mortgage with a 15% deposit, which in these times with house prices seemed impossible. 5 months later I contact OMA and was put in touch with Reece Allen. Within 6 hours of me putting in a request I had a decision in principal only requiring a 5% deposit. Reece has been absolutely amazing, as a first time buyer I had a lot of questions that some may seem stupid, but Reece answered every question immediately reassuring me that I could contact him at any time with any queries not matter how big or small. He has gone above and beyond to help with things that he could’ve easily said to go and seek the information directly from solicitors or estate agents but instead reassured and helped in what is one of the biggest decisions. I can’t thank Reece enough and will be recommending him to all family and friends.
