Ocean Florida

We booked our holiday via customer service. On the whole it was very good, if I emailed I had a reply within 24 hours, however as we had not flown for a number of years we did not get much feedback on boarding passes or how this now worked. We were told to take this up with Aer Lingus but has we has booked with Ocean Florida we thought it was their responsibility to inform us, they did not and we worked it out for ourselves

After paying over £13,000.00 for a family of nine and this was to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary and our first family holiday together we selected a villa on Storey Lake, Bookmakers Drive. Due to its location to all of the parks and the description we read on line:

Beyond the villa's elegant interiors, an outdoor paradise awaits, where a patio adorned with chic furnishings, inviting sun loungers, and a glistening private pool and spa create a haven of relaxation and indulgence, perfect for soaking up the sun that Florida is so famous for.

On first arriving the villa looked great, on first inspection we picked up a broken kitchen cupboard, broken light switch and broken netting around the swimming pool. After a couple of days, we picked up a number of issue’s including unsafe chairs, rusty shower rail and curtain, missing curtains, moldy old green pool table, damaged walls. Windows were dirty, pool furniture rusty, bed linen was clean but old and looked grey looking . It was quite obvious that this villa had not received any inspection by Ocean Florida or the property company for sometime, if it was you would have thought these issues would have been cleared up prior to our family taking occupation. We were asked why we did not report these issues while we were there. I stated that I was on holiday not to come on holiday and do the site inspection for Ocean.
To top it all we asked for an extension of 5 hours for the home and were charged $140 which we paid and has now been reimbursed by Ocean, this was paid to us as a good will gesture ah! Ah!

To say we were disappointed with this villa is an understatement, however Ocean just seems happy to brush it off saying we will review the procedures that they follow in Florida. Reading some of the comments on Trust Pilot it would seem the Ocean is experiencing a lot of issues this year with poor maintained properties.

We're usually pretty reasonable people, however the standards were wholly unacceptable; even before you consider what we were charged. I would definitely not advise anyone to book with this company based on our experience.

We have used Ocean Florida twice and each time our holiday has been flawless. The dedicated team are friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help with any questions. I can not recommend them highly enough.

From the initial booking, this was the easiest holiday we have ever booked. Questions were answered promptly and all documentation sent on time. We booked everything as a complete package. Hotel, flights, park tickets and extras. So stress free, we will definitely be booking again the future. If you want a holiday of a lifetime without the stress, book with Ocean Florida.

Used Ocean Florida to help arrange a large family holiday to Orlando for our Ruby Wedding Annjversary in 2028, the advice and support received along with the patience to go through numerous options and questions was greatly appreciated. The booking process was simple and the information provided was very clear and concise.

This is my 2nd trip with OF . My daughter uses an electric wheelchair. It’s very stressful travelling with someone who needs special assistance and adaptions on accommodation. OF 100% takes that worry away from me. Apart from all the detail on our specific needs that they use to adapt our holiday you also get a call 6 weeks prior to your holiday checking in and going through the whole journey step by step . It honestly relieved that knot in my stomach .
Our liaison was Lindsey . She was brilliant. So friendly and completely in sync with us. Lindsay uses accessible equipment herself so she had a tall understanding on how important our needs are met. Lindsey did a great job communicating what wouod happen at the airport etc . I was given plenty opportunity to ask questions . I wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

From making to an enquiry to putting money on the table everything was brilliant. Within 10 minutes of placing my internet enquiry to receiving a call from Darren.
This guy was awesome, a brief chat and he delivered exactly what the Mrs and I wanted.
I don’t use travel agents as I tend to book everything myself but after this experience I may well be a convert.

Fabulous! made the process so easy! everyone you speak to is helpful and lovely, provided exact pricing as opposed to estimates even though we were booking 2 years in advance and provided us with included extras to enhance our holiday experience. Hannah and Andy were especially helpful and informative and helped us make that final decision to book with them.

Booked our holiday to florida with Ocean florida and I am so glad I did. They have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. (We go in 20 days) my child has special needs and Lindsey has been simply fantastic. She explained everything to us and the support we would get to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. She really is amazing and put our mind at ease.

We just booked our 2. Holiday with Ocean Florida and we booked both times through Ricky! First holiday to Florida for 3 weeks 2 years ago he put a fabulous trip of a lifetime together for us and now it’s a week in NY in Autumn! He’s very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations!
