Highly recommended

This will be our second time using Magic Breaks and, yet again, they were fabulous. I spoke to Cheryl numerous times who patiently answered my questions and managed to find me a deal for WDW which beat 6 other travel agents, including Disney themselves. If you haven’t tried Magic Breaks before then I would highly recommend them.

Brilliant service from Alex

Brilliant service from Alex. Both on the phone and via email. She was very informative and patient when we were trying to decide on thd best time to go to disneyland paris. She answered questions swiftly and fully.

Sold tickets to a Disney break that…

Sold tickets to a Disney break that were only valid the day of our arrival in France, why would anyone be wanting tickets to start on the same date of the arrival? Details on tickets simply stated 6th which combined with what we had been told led us to belive the tickets were valid any day that week, effectively we lost our holiday, zero help and support from these people "we will email back in 48 hours" no one to phone nothing. Will re-purchase the tickets elsewhere and make a claim through the small claims court for refund on the tickets they sold us that could not be used. Avoid these people they don't care or help once they have your money!

Thank you for your feedback. We can see you made the booking online. The park tickets for your booking was selected with a specific date at the time of booking on our website.  Many of our customers do select the arrival day, I'm afraid we are unable to remove this option.  We also contacted the supplier and they confirmed they advised you tickets were expired at your requested date. I'm afraid despite our attempts Disney were unable to make any changes. We apologise for any misunderstanding I can confirm the tickets confirmed with the date selected.

First time using Magic Breaks, liaised with Cheryl over email which was my preferred method, she was so helpful and gave me all the information and more that I needed. She worked late hours and always replied so quickly. Cheryl you made the whole experience pain free and would recommend you to anyone! Can't wait for our trip in July!

​I recently subscribed to the Magicbricks Gold Plan to list my Industrial /Gala Premises in Vasai East for rent, hoping for a direct owner-to-tenant connection. My experience has been a complete waste of money and a total lack of service.
​Aside from "test" inquiries from my own relatives, I have received zero genuine leads. Instead, I am constantly bombarded with messages from Magicbricks promoting properties posted by Agents and Brokers. When my relatives tried searching specifically for "Owner Listed" properties, the platform's interface repeatedly and forcefully pushed Agent listings.
​It seems the platform is hand-in-glove with the broker community, defeating the very purpose of an "Owner-Direct" listing. I am extremely disappointed with this deficiency of service. Save your money—this platform prioritizes agents over independent owners. I am giving '0' ratings for this platform

I would like to say a huge thank you to…

I would like to say a huge thank you to Krista Taylor-Kemp. She took my call yesterday when I was extremely stressed about not receiving my documents and having no information about my upcoming Disney break, with travel just two days away.

Krista went above and beyond to help me — she followed up via email, reassured me throughout, and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted.

I strongly believe appreciation should be shared, and Krista is a real credit to MagicBreaks. I would highly recommend booking through her.

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE

I booked a holiday to Paris with them and requested a change of hotel.. First they quoted an extra £980, then £1300 then said it was full and wont give me a refund as that is the only hotel I want to stay at. They cant fulfill my request so I should be given money back. I will be taking to court
