I have just read all the reviews on here where have you people purchases your lumi spa from ?

I tried the lumispa with sensitive cleanser, used twice a day as per recommended. I am not a spotty person, I just wanted fresher, glowy looking skin. After using the lumispa for a couple of days, my skin did feel smoother/softer. BUT by day 4/5 I had massive dry patches, of flaky, scratchy skin. I also had breakouts of spots on my cheeks and jaw line which I have never experienced. I was completely disappointed. I contacted the instagrammed who sold me it, explained my problems, had a couple of back and forth polite interactions and I was then blocked 🙃 I have since gone back to my trusted neutrogena hydro boost, which has thankfully cleared up my skin!

I tried NuSkin Ageloc Dermatic Effects lotion for 10 days and used nothing else on my skin while testing it. I felt that when I applied it to my skin on every application, it would initially feel like a “glaze”. My skin would look good for about 30 minutes, then it began drying out my skin. It didn’t provide any moisture to my skin at all, and did absolutely nothing to the crepy skin on my neck, inner arms, and inner thighs. I was hopeful and tried to be positive during the testing, but definitely not a fan as I seen 0 results on these areas. Plus I could not stand the smell. I didn’t think of taking photos when I began the test and just used my own vision as a checkpoint. Was hoping that it would do the trick, but I am back to my spa lotion. While my spa lotion is pricey, it has immediate results within a couple days and makes my skin look youthful again with collagen and other ingredients. It is my “miracle” lotion. Not a fan of your lotion.

Tried the eyelash treatment, works well on my eyelashes but it advises can be used to grow eyebrow hairs… ended up losing a patch of my eyebrow hair so I need to colour in my eyebrow every time I go out now, would not recommend overall

So happy with my products. Just like any skincare line it can take time for skint to adjust and find what works. after trying a few different cleansers I found the perfect combo with the Lumispa. I do have to switch to dry cleanser in the winter due to my skin reacting to the weather. The acne cleanser is great for short burst as it helps to calm down any blemishes. However as it contains salicylic acid I only use for a couple of weeks as this ingredient is known in skincare to be a little drying.

I've also dropped my LumiSpa so I called the customer service number and received a replacement that week!

A “friend” tried to get me into NuSkin. Their strategy is, not to mention the name of the company before you sit at the meeting with them. The meeting was on zoom. The woman who was also in the meeting and trying to sell it was telling how big her house is and how many mercedes she drives, and the background on her zoom was obviously fake! The background had a view and nothing was moving it was obviously a picture background. She was telling me so many lies. Fortunately I allready knew the reputation of this company. My stepfather loss a alot of money on this back in 2002. This is a SCAM! My “friend” continoues to get people in and makes it so mystireous on her socialmedia and does not mention the name og the company, she just tell people how she can change their life. And try to get them on a meeting. Its like she is brainwash.

I’ve had my lumi spa device just over a year. Looked after it, constantly been charged and all of a sudden it’s just stopped working, won’t come on or work at all. Not happy at all emailed the company no response. Don’t waste over £200 on something that’s going to break

I wanted to rate an honest review. I used to sell nuskin products. I did not put in as much work as what was probably needed to be successful so the business model didn't work for myself but that's not to say it wouldn't work for somebody else who was comfortable selling products over social media.

The products are very expensive however I have not been selling Nuskin for a year now and still use the Lumispa and the mud mask religiously. I really do rate these products so much. They have helped my skin and I will be continuing to use them!

I used the lumi for 6 months, tried numerous products from them and I came out in acne. I gave up using the lumi and my skin was settled a little bit but has still left a big impact on my skin! I have been left with red and scarred skin. For the lumi I would give 1 star.

I contacted nu skin about my
Lumi as I had spent over £300 and was sad it was going to be sat in a cupboard for the foreseeable. Their customer service was GREAT!! I would give them 5 stars for this, they replied asking for loads of info so I give it to them, they explained how to return the item which I did and within 5 days of me sending it back to the Netherlands I had ALL of the money I had spent returned to me and even the postage I paid to send it back to them.

The products didn’t work for me but the experience I have had with their customer service is so so good.

I was looking for a product to help with my wrinkles and their representative sold me the Lumispa promising great results.
IT DOESN'T!
It cleans your skin and that's it.
I hardly wear make-up so not so needed for me.
I've now opened a claim as they refuse the return, going against the UK law.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
If their product it's so "miraculous" and so "popular", how come they're NOT offering consumers the return for something that costs £200?

I used to sell for Nuskin and routinely still use their products. Wanted to leave a balanced review on both sides as there seems to be a lot of noise.

Selling - firstly I wasn't a "big player" I did hit exec and then gave it up as I was just too busy with kids, my proper job and exams. It was good pocket money and paid for my skincare also. I had a team of 4 women and we had the best, funniest group calls to chat everything including business. I made some true friends. My upline was amazing when I said I had to put it on the back burner (no "cult" experience as portrayed on documentary mentioned in another review) it is what you make it!

I never put a filter on any of my result pics as its against standards and a law to mis-sell in such a manner. All reps are reminded of this by email regularly by nuskin.

Products- some I tried are amazing, others not so. It all depends what works for your skin I suppose. I love my lumi and the cleanser and still use them routinely and I havent been selling for months now. I also rate the clear action night treatment and mudmask, wouldn't go without them. Other products I have found alternatives for a better price that work just as well as the nuskin version. As with all skincare you will find some works better for one person than it does the other.

If you have a problem and called nuskin or spoke with your rep they would be more than happy to help, just as any other company would, and try to resolve your situation. I know as I've spoken to their customer services on several occasions and always found a resolution to the issues.

The lumispa is expensive and if it works for you priceless, however I can see why if it didn't work you may be upset. Maybe find a seller who does try before you buy local to you. There is alot of them. As for alternatives from amazon avoid at all costs and just explore different cleansers from boots!

I have used the lumi spa for months and it only made my skin dry and full of spots. Even if I reduced my usage, it still didn't help. Sure it's a good device if you want to remove all of the dirt, it really does that. But is it worth removing so much dirt, your face ends up looking bad? I don't think so. And yes I have used the sensitive brush with the sensitive cream and I have used it very correctly, now the lumi spa is just laying down in my cabinet. And yes I already knew that this device could give you irritation in the beginning, I read that..but I have used this for months now. As soon as I stopped using it, my skin became better and all the spots were gone. I believe this company just wants our money. I'm not falling for that again. Don't buy the lumi spa, it's a waste of time. Instead put your money into nice cleansers, masks and creams.

This shet product they use to sell in UK so cheap since 2008 even still then whas not good.

I’ve always had clear skin but never felt like my face was clean when taking my makeup off, so I saw this device and everyone raving about it. But honestly I’ve used it for 3/4 months and been waiting for that no makeup glowy look that gets posted and it never came. Ive got breakouts constantly and big spots under the skin and take ages to clear up leaving red marks for days after! Don’t buy as you get sucked in to seeing how much dirt comes off your face but I would say I’m so unhappy with my skin at the moment. Don’t purchase

Persuaded to purchase one of these rubbish contraptions via Instagram hard seller. She has tonnes of photos of all that Nu skin has helped her achieve, and the sales tactics, fake filtered photos of skin etc is all hard sale tactics getting innocent buyers to part with £200+ on a cheap, Chinese contraption that you can buy similar for on eBay for £20/35.
Most of the reviews on here that are positive, are from the ‘top dog’s’ of the Nu skin hard sale team, but more people are being conned into buying this rubbish to fund their insta persona’s! Don’t believe the hype, it’s a load of rubbish and they will not refund you once you part with your cash and realise you’ve been had!

Ruined my skin. I thought my pores were a issue? This has given me awful skin which looks like acne. It’s sore and painful to touch and i used the device for a couple months. Since I stopped it’s a little better but no like it was before. Regret spending money on this and agree the people selling it to you don’t know anything! And frankly don’t care as they have your money.

Amazing device. My pores have shrunk, my wrinkles are definately less visible, and I have never had anyone comment on my skin, yet friends and family have all asked what I am doing differently as my skin looks do fresh........ Easy to use, great quality product.....

Pyramid scheme. It’s worth watching the BBC documentary The Secrets of the Multilevel Millionaires on iPlayer as it features the lies being told to sign ups and the actual figures about what percentage actually make any money in NuSkin (spoiler: hardly anyone). Forget the products because it’s all about recruiting.

Have been using my LumiSpa since December 2020. Although I had no major skin issues previously, looking back my skin was very dry and dull despite using very good products before. Obviously it’s not just the LumiSpa that does this, it is the cleanser toner and moisturisers too, but the LumiSpa definitely brightens and tightens the skin. Love it so much. It’s expensive kind of, but you get what you pay for!!!
