As said by someone else I think it’s diabolical that we spent hundreds of pounds on the lumispa for them to discontinue it. Can’t buy the heads anymore. What a bloody waste of money. They should either always have the old heads available or people should be able to hand in their old versions for them to replace it with the new one. I use at least 10 of the nu skin creams and other items. I will never buy nu skin again. Disgusting behaviour really. They’ll lose plenty of customers over this.

Does anyone know the english address to send a letter before court? AI and Citizens Advice came up with a manchester one which I used but the letter came back with Unknown address.

After paying so much money for LumiSpa they discounted it and made new one.
With no replacement heads for old one.
And when asked what should I do now they just said nothing..

Beyond ridiculous that after so much money spent u get nothing, not a replacement device or discount for new one .. especially after being customer for many years..

I’m obsessed with my skin after using the Lumispa and retinol. I also use the colostrum which has helped my stomach so much.

I bought NuSkin Lumi Spa few years ago and it was the best face cleaner I ever had. It always left the face feeling properly massaged and firm. I am definitely going to buy another one.

My mom's good friend whose like an aunt to me started selling nuskin&hook my mom&I. My mom kept ranting&raving about these products when she first started&about 3 months later I started to really see change as soon as she'd greet me.She was using the self tanner which to this date I haven't found something that beats it.It really didn't stain my clothes&had the most natural tan I've experienced with self tanners.. the nuskin ageLOC face moisturizer(the ageLOC body contour is nxt on my list) & the fine line corrector, both phenomenal& the 3 of us all saw same results. My mom was also drinking there collagen packets which seemed to help a lot! I have the lumispa facial massager. The lumispa face wash was way to drying & suddzie for me but I really like the nuskin 180 face wash and the wipes. I think it's great for people 20's to 30's especially with combination or oily skin because I can literally taste the citric acid which levels pH balance & helps rid of oils from neutralizing them. I was torn between giving a 4⭐ or 5⭐ so I gave a 4 because there were a couple products I didn't like even tho the quality was still above average&there was some shade thrown about who they are&if they were a pyramid scam&such. if I could I'd do 4.5⭐

I've used a Lumi Spa for 5 years the old one was great a charge lasted several weeks, progress lights were visible. I purchased a new Lumi spa in October and I'm very disappointed a charge barely lasts a week, no warning it's going to need a charge, just works one day then nothing! Progress lights are on the back so you can't see them, and you need to buy your own adapter to be able to charge if you dont have a usb device to charge from. While the product works well on skin and makes a difference i feel they have reduced the quality and not reduced the price at all. I now have an expensive bathroom decoration.
Customer service is ordinary at best.
I'll buy the cheaper version available on-line in the future.

Dreadful customer service my device has broken and is still under warranty, so hard to get hold of someone to talk to and emails take over a week to be replied to ! Such a shame to let such a fantastic product down still waiting for a replacement over a month later !

Absolutely fuming, changing the size of your "ageLOC LumiSpa Activating Face Cleanser - Blemish Prone" from 100ml to 75ml without changing the price. Didn't think I'd notice. Hmmm...you clearly like robbing your customers, defo won't be purchasing again. What kind of marketing robbery is that. I'll be searching better products. Disgusting behaviour😡

I made a purchase that they themselves canceled, but they still charged me for it. I immediately submitted a claim for a refund, but it has now been four months and they still haven’t solved it or returned my money.

This is not the first time I’ve had issues with them — the first time I tried to withdraw my commissions, it also took over three months to get any response.

Their customer service is extremely slow and unhelpful. I just want the refund that rightfully belongs to me.

Great products and worked amazingly well with my skin. Love the technology behind it too.

I am a returning NuSkin customer and I love their products. My skin has never been better. I suffered with eczema on my face for years and it has been clear now for years. I feel like products such as the LumiSpa have really helped with gentle and thorough cleansing - I can’t believe I used to scrub my face before!! I use various steps in their skin care routine and also take their collagen supplement daily (which tastes yummy too - bonus!). I get compliments on my skin now which I never thought would happen!

The devices and products have succeeded all expectations! I wish it was a brand that I had delved into sooner.
When educated correctly, these goods have the power to transform skin!

So pleased with my lumispa and ceramides and postbiotics serum. My skin is so sensitive at the moment and this is the only product that helps to keep it calm. I’ve also seen a huge increase in my antioxidant score since commencing lifepak which is excellent
